Story
Hi, I’m Arnie! I’m a 5-year-old Hound/Great Pyrenees mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart.I’m a silly, lovable guy who lives for snuggles and tummy rubs. When I feel safe and settled, I’m very laid-back and happy to just relax with my people. I’m also naturally protective and take my job of watching over my family seriously—especially little ones—so you’ll always feel safe with me around.I enjoy running and exploring, and I do have a strong prey drive, so I’ll need a secure yard or to be kept on leash during outdoor adventures.I’m currently working on a few things to help me be my best self. I can have some moderate anxiety, especially in new or busy environments, so I do best with a consistent schedule and diet that works well for me.My ideal home would be a calm, stable environment with someone who can give me structure, reassurance, and lots of love. In return, I’ll be your loyal companion, your cuddle buddy, and your devoted protector.

Story
Autumn is a beautiful 3.5-year-old, petite Great Pyrenees mix (66lbs). She thrives outdoors and has strong livestock-guardian instincts. She is excellent with chickens, happily watching over our free-range flock. Autumn grew up with our two boys and is a good watchdog, but as she’s matured she’s become more cautious with strangers and less tolerant of young children, especially around handling. Our busy household, frequent visitors, and travel have become stressful for her. She struggles being left alone indoors and cannot be crated, though she is house-trained otherwise. She is happiest outside, but city living and nighttime barking make this challenging. She is hit-or-miss with other dogs, preferring calm, friendly dogs one-on-one. Autumn is medium-low energy. She responds best to positive reinforcement. She would thrive in a rural area with adults experienced with guardian or anxious dogs, no small children, and space to safely be outdoors.
