Story
Eclair was pulled from a high kill facility that reach out to us for help. She is the sweetest girl, and they just couldn't have that happen. Upon arrival at this facility, it appeared that Eclair had a leg injury, perhaps hit by a car at some point, but was walking fine. She was covered in fleas n ticks and very thin. Upon her arrival at our vet the x-rays would show a more serious injury; two of her vertebra looked like they had been crushed and fused together as they were healing. The vets didn't understand how she was still walking. She is not in any pain and does have limited use of that leg but get around and plays just fine. Vets say she would have a normal life but just would have limited use of that leg. This little miracle girl is the best. She loves other dogs, loves toys, knows some commands, is crate trained and listens well. Should make the best companion for the right person. Jackie is a gorgeous 3-year-old Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix weighing in at **88 pounds of pure sweetness**. While she has some Golden in her, Jackie definitely takes after her Great Pyrenees side—she’s calm, confident, independent, and has that classic Pyr personality. Jackie absolutely **loves people** and is wonderful when meeting new friends. She has a gentle, easygoing nature and would happily spend her days hanging out with her humans and soaking up all the attention. She also has a fun side and enjoys the water, so a little splash time is always a bonus! Now, Jackie does have one thing she’d like to make very clear: **she’s the boss.** 😂 She knows what she wants and isn’t shy about letting the other dogs know it. Because of that, she would do best with another dog who has a more submissive, easygoing personality and isn't looking to challenge her for the executive position. Jackie is the kind of dog who makes an impression—not just because she’s a big, beautiful 88-pound girl, but because she has such a sweet and gentle soul. She loves her people, welcomes new friends, and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a big-hearted best friend. ☁️💙 Meet Sky! 💙☁️ Sky is a 3-year-old, 50-pound Great Pyrenees–Retriever blend with the gentlest heart. She came to us with her two beautiful baby girls from a very sad situation, and we are so grateful this little family is now safe. Sweet, loving, and submissive, Sky is wonderful with other dogs and everyone she meets. She could use a few extra pounds, and she’s happily working on that—with good meals and plenty of love! 🐾 After everything she’s been through, this beautiful girl deserves a life filled with comfort, kindness, and a family who treasures her.
