If you've ever wished you could adopt a living teddy bear, Honey might just be your dream come true.
This stunning Anatolian Shepherd mix is equal parts beautiful, goofy, affectionate, and fun. With her fluffy coat, giant puppy paws, and heart-melting smile, Honey has a way of making everyone she meets fall in love.
But what makes Honey truly special isn't her good looks, it's her joyful spirit.
Honey is still very much a puppy at heart. She loves to play, make friends, and soak up every bit of attention she can get. Whether she's bouncing around with her canine buddies, exploring the world around her, or leaning against you for affection, Honey approaches life with an enthusiasm that's impossible not to smile about.
From what we've seen at the farm, Honey absolutely loves other dogs and thrives on having friends to play with. She can't get enough of romping, wrestling, and roughhousing with her canine companions. She's happiest when she has a playmate to chase or wrestle with, and she'd love a home where she can continue enjoying doggy friendships.
Like many dogs who have spent time in a kennel environment, Honey has developed a little kennel anxiety. When meeting new people through the kennel door, she may bark or seem unsure at first. But don't let that first impression fool you! Once she's out of the kennel and realizes she's safe, Honey warms up quickly and transforms into the affectionate, goofy sweetheart we all know and love. She's a wonderful reminder that kennel behavior isn't the same as home behavior.
Despite her giant size, Honey is all sweetness. She's the kind of dog who doesn't seem to realize just how big she is. Underneath all that fluff is a loving, affectionate girl who simply wants to be close to her people and included in whatever they're doing.
Honey is at that wonderful age where her personality is blossoming, and she's ready for adventures, belly rubs, playdates, cozy evenings, and all the little moments that make a house feel like home.
Most of all, Honey is ready for a family.
A family who will look past the kennel, give her a chance to settle in, laugh at her goofy antics, adore her giant puppy charm, and appreciate the endless love she has to give.
Because while Honey may look like a majestic livestock guardian dog, at heart she's really just a big, fluffy sweetheart looking for a place and people to call her own.
