Fresh out of the oven and ready to warm your heart, meet Sourdough!
This adorable 2 year old Lhasa Apso mix weighs in at just 10 pounds, making him the perfect pint sized companion for anyone looking for a little dog with a lot of love to give.
With his (soon to be) fluffy white coat and sweet face, Sourdough is impossible not to fall in love with.
Sourdough recently joined us from another shelter and, unfortunately, he wasn't in the best condition when he arrived.
Life hasn't always been especially kind to him, but this resilient little guy is working hard to get back to feeling his very best. Every day he's gaining confidence, comfort, and a little more sparkle in his eyes.
Like a perfectly proofed loaf, Sourdough takes a little time to come out of his shell. He can be shy when meeting new people and experiencing new situations, but underneath that cautious exterior is an incredibly sweet and friendly boy who just wants to feel safe and loved. Once he realizes you're a friend, his gentle personality starts to shine.
Sourdough just turned two years old. He is also neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and kept on prevention here with us.
Sourdough is looking for a family that will be patient as he settles in and discovers what it truly means to be a cherished member of the family.

Once your application is processed and approved, our adoptions team will reach out to schedule an in person meet and greet with the Sourdough.

Our adoption fees includes the pets spay or neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, heartworm + flea + tick disease testing, fecal check, and any medical care needed while staying with us. All adoption fees can be found on our website.
The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application which can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab. You can also complete an application in person at Serenity Animal Hospital.
Any questions regarding our adoptable dogs can be emailed to our adoptions team at adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net. Completing an application either online or in person is always the first step to our adoption process.
