Harpo-Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier (Morky) male, ~ 18 mo. (June 2026) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Harpo came to Rescue when his prior owner could no longer care for him. He's used to living in a loving home environment. He's also lived with children. Harpo is now in a foster home, meeting new dogs and cats. He has no issues with them. He's super friendly and a happy boy. Harpo is crate trained and housetraining is an ongoing process. He wants to please and with 'routine', he'll have it quickly. Harpo's adoption fee is $450 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Location: Abingdon, MD Hi there! I'm Ella, a 7-year-old sandy Shih Tzu-Bichon ☺️. At just 10 pounds, I'm the perfect petite companion, and I get along wonderfully with other dogs 🐾 I'm ready to find my forever home where I can shower you with love and cuddles. My adoption fee is $275 — come meet me and see what you've been missing! 💕 This dog tested positive for heartworm disease before arriving to the rescue. Heartworm disease is transmitted to a dog through a bite from an infected mosquito producing a positive test in six months. OPH will treat the dog and provide two weeks of recovery time prior to adoption. Potential adopters will receive detailed information on the disease and their role in completing the recovery process from OPH’s heartworm coordinator. With monthly preventatives, the disease is completely preventable.
