Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet. This little guy is having so much fun living a good life and he would like a home of his own to continue his adventure.  ACE was an owner surrender but came very matted (picture included) so he needed to be shaved down to clean him up.  He is a much happier dog now. ACE weighs 8 pounds, gets along with all of the foster dogs in his home, walks well on a leash and rides in the car without getting sick, he enjoys looking out the window.  He is potty trained but I keep a belly band on him for my comfort just in case he wants to follow the lead of another male dog here who is a leg lifter.  He does go potty outside with the other dogs. ACE is loving getting love and attention, although he follows me around he is quiet about it and still independent but he melts when I give him head rubs.  He does not jump on the furniture but loves it when I lift him up to cuddle. although he doesn't stay long, he jumps down and starts to play! I recommend that ACE go to a home with kids above 12 years old who know how to interact with a very small dog.  He would make a great companion to a retired person/couple who are looking for that special buddy. If you are interested in adopting ACE, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         February 10, 2026, 8:15 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Miranda will be available for adoption! She’s a 4&#226&#128&#145year&#226&#128&#145old Bichon who came from a breeder and is settling beautifully into her foster home. Miranda is a happy, gentle girl with a sweet personality. She enjoys being around other dogs, doesn’t mind cats, and loves treats—she’s very food&#226&#128&#145motivated! Miranda is still learning housetraining and isn’t leash&#226&#128&#145trained yet, so a fenced yard is preferred. She currently uses potty pads and is doing well. She can be a little barky when excited, but overall she’s a loving, friendly companion who’s eager to please. Miranda has been professionally groomed and will need regular grooming throughout her life.  Miranda would make a wonderful addition to a patient, caring home that can continue helping her grow and feel safe. Miranda is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $475 We require that a martingale collar be used at the time of adoption. If you do not have a martingale collar, you can purchase one from Pixie Mamas for an additional $10. This requirement is in place to ensure the dog's safety and security. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 10, 2026, 1:50 pm

Story
Name: Luna DOB: 6/18/23Breed: Bichon/Toy Poodle MixSex: Female (Spayed)Weight: 10lbsLocation: Buffalo, NY***Fence Required / No Children under 12***I’m Luna, a retired mill mama. I spent the first 2 1/2 yeas of my life as a breeder dog, thanfully I was surrendered to this amazing rescue. I’m learning what it truly means to be a dog.  And wow!    I am a certified lap dog!   I love cuddling up with my foster mom!    I also love following her around but never get underfoot.   I love strawberries and blueberries!   What a treat!   And with my meals I get a dollop of low fat yogurt!   Scrumptious!  I have been working really hard on my potty training and as long as I’m kept in a schedule and you read my cues, no accidents!   I’ve learned my name and run when I am called!   I love the snow!   Can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this!   I also like to talk to those squirrels.  I think they want to play with me!   Here’s the deal though, this world is still so new to me and I’m still learning.   I would do best in a home where I can continue to be allowed to learn and explore at my own pace!   In return I will give you all the love and snuggles you could want!   Crate trained Good with dogs and cats Good with older, respectful kids (no small children)Life has gotten so much better!   All I need is my forever homeIf you’re interested in adopting Luna, please apply at www.716paws.org/adopt or message the rescue if you are already pre-approved ##2614906##
