Daphne is looking for her forever person(s) to cuddle with and give all her attention and love! A beautiful gal and she knows it, she’ll chat with you about everything and loves a warm lap. She loves to be where the action is at and not one to hide or be skittish. We adopted her as a kitten and she was and continues to be extremely social but has not been doing well with all of our big life changes which have included having a toddler and a newborn. Because of her severe anxiety due to young children and bad experiences with other cats (she has been bitten) she would thrive in a solo-cat household like when we first adopted her. She has never interacted with dogs so unsure of how she would be. She is currently indoor only. She is up to date on all vaccines (9/27/2026) and recently had a lions mane haircut and looks just as fabulous!

**Meet Alfie & Otto** **2-year-old Maine Coon Mixes | Bonded Brothers Meet Alfie and Otto, a pair of incredibly soft, sweet brothers who are looking for a home where they can stay together. These two came to Emerald City Pet Rescue from California after their family’s circumstances changed, and they are now ready to find a quiet place to call their own. Alfie, the brown tabby, is the more confident of the two. He can be a little shy when meeting someone new, but once he settles in, his curious personality starts to shine. He absolutely loves being up high and would be thrilled to have a cat tree or other vertical spaces to perch on. He also enjoys watching the world outside and taking in everything happening around him. Alfie’s meow can sometimes sound a little hissy, but don’t let that fool you. He has not shown any signs of aggression and is simply a cat with a unique voice. Otto, the orange tabby, is a little more reserved than his brother. He may need some extra time to feel comfortable in new surroundings, but his sweet personality comes through once he feels safe. He loves investigating cabinets and hiding spots and can often be found rubbing against your legs as he explores. He enjoys a good cat tree, too, although Alfie definitely takes the prize for biggest fan of the high life. Together, Alfie and Otto are a lovely pair. They have low-to-medium energy and seem to be more interested in exploring their surroundings and spending time together than getting into nonstop mischief. Neither brother particularly enjoys being picked up, so they would do best with people who are happy to let them show affection on their own terms. Their ideal home would be fairly quiet and give them the time they need to settle in and build confidence. They may do well with a calm, respectful dog or another cat with slow, proper introductions. Most importantly, they need to be adopted together. And did we mention their fur? **These boys are unbelievably soft.** Their beautiful coats will need regular brushing to help prevent mats, but we think you'll agree that all that fluff is worth the effort. Kieran is a the sweetest, most affectionate cat who loves humans. He loves crawling on people’s laps, being held, getting pet, being scratched under the chin, getting brushed, curling up with you, and taking long naps and cleaning himself. He’s great with kids (hasn't been around babies and littles). He’s just a scaredy-cat with loud noises. :) He is roughly 5 years old very fluffy, and weighs 10 pounds. He has been an indoor-outdoor cat, but recently has become hyper territorial in our neighborhood and has been chasing down dogs and aggressive with them. In the research we have done we realized that he needs to be in a home without other pets and just humans only. But we are not set up for an indoor-only cat. When he transitions to indoor only, he is going to need some great pet toys, a large cat tower, and lots of playful attention.We are so sad to have to give up handsome Mr. Kitty. We love him and he is the sweetest.

Hoi! My name is Patches Girl, and I am one year old. I am hoping to find my furever home, but I have to be an only child. I get really attached to one person and that person is my favorite person for life, I do not get along with other cats at all, and do not like sharing the attention I tend to be a cautious observer for awhile but once I get comfortable with you I warm up and can be extremely playful and cuddly. My favorite thing to do is play fetch with my sparkly pom pom, see! I even have a picture of me with it that my mommy took of me. I am very much so a therapy cat, and am very in tune with human emotions and im really good at knowing right when you need a hug. I love water, so I might jump in the shower with you, or sit in the sink when you brush your teeth. But it's got to be my idea, or else I hate I hate water. I don't get along with other cats at all, I am a people person and an only child to my mommy. I just want all your attention, love and cuddles.

Meet beautiful and sleek Sarafina. Sarafina is 4 months old and a sweet and calm kitty who can get a loves to be a bit spunky on occasion. She loves to play with her siblings and plays well by herself too. Sarafina is so cute and likes to lay in hiding and watch her siblings-just hoping for a chance to pounce and surprise them! Sarafina will bond closely and fast with one or two of her favorite people, but is very friendly to everyone. She loves to chase balls, toys and feather wands. Sarafina is more likely to join family activities than hide. She would enjoy having another pet around the home. Sarafina is spayed, has had all her first vaccines, exams, topical parasite control (includes, ticks, fleas, roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms) and microchipped. She is litter-box trained too. She is negative for FeLV/FIV and has had compete vet care. Sarafina will likely be a medium size cat at full grown and will be an amazing and lovable addition to your family. He is a very curious cat and loves to explore and is vocal and as I mentioned, just wants all of the loves from anyone and everyone, to include adults and young and older children. Gekko would thrive in an environment with other cats, once he warmed up to them of course. Dogs are an unknown factor. Gekko is litter trained and neutered. Bella is a wonderful 13-year-old cat who has been part of our family as a foster for the past three years. She’s in great health, full of personality, and still has plenty of curiosity and energy. Bella is very food-motivated and loves being around her people, though she prefers keeping you company nearby rather than being held. She loves having space to explore and even enjoys supervised walks outside! After three years, we’ve realized our apartment isn’t the ideal long-term home for her. She would thrive with more room to roam and would be happiest as the only cat, as she does not get along with our other cat. We love Bella dearly and want to find her a wonderful home where she can enjoy her senior years with plenty of space, companionship, and love.
