Marley is well loved and very sweet Maltese. He loves to snuggle with my husband in the recliner in the evenings and gets excited when he comes home. He gets along well with our two other dogs and our young grandchildren. Marley is neutered, up to date on all of his shots (his last vet exam was in December). He is in great health. He was adopted about 9 years ago from an animal shelter. His age is unclear because he was taken in from a home with 30 Maltese dogs. We believe Marley may be 11 years old. He has never snipped or growled. He also has not ever chewed any household items. He does have accidents in the home and requires to be let out often and will bark if he sees other dogs out of our living room window. Unfortunately, we need to rehome Marley and our other two little loves due to some significant health issues of a family member. It breaks our hearts to have to rehome our sweet pups, but it is what is best for our family and Marley as well.

I'm Benji, and I am ALL puppy — in the very best way! This 1-year-old, 10-pound Maltese Shih Tzu mix boy started life as a backyard breeder dog, but you'd never know it now. I'm happy, playful, and absolutely delighted by the world around me. Backyard? I must investigate every inch of it. Toys? I'll play fetch AND tug of war, with you, by myself, or with a furry friend — I'm flexible. Zoomies? Oh yes. Until I can't anymore. Then nap time. I ride like a champ in the car, sleep sweetly on my dog bed, and I am *very* dignified at dinner. I can be a little skittish at first, but once I've found my people, I become a certified shadow. My foster mom can confirm I follow her everywhere, including the bathroom. Someone's gotta keep watch. I look up to my foster brother Hermie and hope to have a canine bestie just like him in my forever home — a doggie sibling and a fenced yard would be my absolute dream! Still polishing my potty skills (but doing great!) — a patient family and a consistent potty schedule are all I need to nail it! NO cats please, and I would probably do ok with older dog-savvy kids. Hi, I'm Jacob — but my foster mom calls me Curly Q, because my tail curls into a perfect little Q! I'm a 12-year-old tricolor Shih Tzu boy, and I am here to tell you that the good life is ALL about lap time, belly rubs, and a little rump scratch. I do sport an adorable permanent wink — my right eye had to be removed due to some serious issues but it’s all healed up. My remaining eye has a cataract but I can still see some, and my hearing? Absolutely excellent. I know my name AND exactly when the treat bag comes out. I'm a peaceful, laid-back gentleman who takes life at a gentle pace. I walk nicely on a leash (we just keep things slow and scenic), and I am never picky about food. At a mighty 8 pounds, I'm perfectly portable and I think I would do well around other dogs, cats and older, dog-savvy kids. I do best with someone home most of the day and thrive on a regular schedule. I may need a little male wrap overnight, but otherwise my house manners are great. I am estimated at 3-4 yrs old and weigh about 15lbs. My teeth were in horrible condition so, along with all my other medical needs, my rescue took care of that as well! I am missing one of my back paws, but it doesn’t slow me down or bother me at all! I don't really even know I am a little different than the other doggos!I am a little shy at first, but have found I love to be held and petted.
