This sweet senior girl is looking for a cozy place to spend her golden years surrounded by love, soft beds, and her favorite people. She is a Maltese and weighs 13 lbs. Molly is low-energy and enjoys the simple things in life. She's not interested in running marathons, swimming laps, or chasing squirrels, she would rather leave that to the young pups. Instead, she'd much rather relax by your side, soak up affection, and enjoy a leisurely stroll when the mood strikes. Don't let her age fool you, though—she can still keep up when it's time for a little adventure.Molly loves people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Bear loves attention from people and other dogs! He is 17-years-old and being a mature, wise boy, he walks well on a leash and is potty trained. He lived with another dog and cats, but his owner fell on hard times and could no longer care for him. He is about 20lbs and recently groomed showing off his cute Maltese / Dachshund haircut. Bear is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and is in overall good health other than having a lot of dental tarter and a slight heart murmur that does not require medication at this time. A shelter is no place for a senior pup so please consider giving Bear a loving home. Marley is well loved and very sweet Maltese. He loves to snuggle with my husband in the recliner in the evenings and gets excited when he comes home. He gets along well with our two other dogs and our young grandchildren. Marley is neutered, up to date on all of his shots (his last vet exam was in December). He is in great health. He was adopted about 9 years ago from an animal shelter. His age is unclear because he was taken in from a home with 30 Maltese dogs. We believe Marley may be 11 years old. He has never snipped or growled. He also has not ever chewed any household items. He does have accidents in the home and requires to be let out often and will bark if he sees other dogs out of our living room window. Unfortunately, we need to rehome Marley and our other two little loves due to some significant health issues of a family member. It breaks our hearts to have to rehome our sweet pups, but it is what is best for our family and Marley as well.
