Story
Meet Lily O Breed: Maltese Sex: Female DOB: July 16, 2022 Weight: 14 pounds Health: Healthy and doing well Lily O is a gentle little lady with a calm spirit and a heart full of love. With her sweet expression and graceful presence, she brings a peaceful, comforting energy wherever she goes. Lily O is the kind of dog who doesn’t demand attention — she earns it naturally, simply by being her loving, affectionate self. Personality Lily O is affectionate, soft-natured, and people-oriented. She enjoys being close to her humans, whether that means following you quietly from room to room or curling up beside you for some well-deserved cuddle time. She has a gentle playfulness and a calm demeanor that makes her a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving, steady presence in their life. Breed Info: Maltese Maltese are known for: Sweet, affectionate, and devoted personalities Strong bonds with their people Gentle temperaments and loving companionship Adaptability to many living situations, including apartments Thriving on attention, routine, and closeness They do best in homes where they are treated as true family members. Owner Responsibilities Lily O will thrive with: Daily affection and companionship Gentle, positive reinforcement training Regular grooming and coat care A consistent routine that provides comfort and security Small dogs still need big commitment — emotionally and practically. &#226&#154&#160&#239&#184&#143 Things to Consider Before Adopting Before adopting Lily O, please consider: Do you have time for companionship and routine? Is your housing situation secure and pet-friendly? Are you prepared for grooming and ongoing vet care? Will your lifestyle allow a dog to be included and loved daily? Adoption is a lifelong commitment, through every stage of life Vet Care Even though Lily O is healthy, adopters should schedule a visit with their own veterinarian as soon as possible after adoption to establish care and ensure continued well-being. The 3-3-3 Rule First 3 days: Lily O may feel shy as she adjusts — patience and reassurance matter. First 3 weeks: She’ll learn your routine and begin to feel safe. First 3 months: Trust deepens, and she’ll truly understand she’s home. This transition period is normal and important for building a lasting bond. Why Lily O Will Be a Wonderful Addition Lily O is pure sweetness wrapped in a soft, loving soul. She offers gentle companionship, quiet devotion, and a calming presence that makes a house feel like home. For the right adopter, she will be a loyal friend, a constant comfort, and a source of everyday joy. If you’re ready to open your heart to a gentle, loving companion, Lily O is ready to meet youJanuary 18, 2026, 7:35 am

Story
Please read this post in its entirety. Please acknowledge that you have done so. Your response serves as your preliminary application. Please provide the requested information. I cannot stress that enough. I need more than "I want a dog, live in a house, and will love him/her". Missy O' is an approximately 9-month-old Malti-poo Weighing approximately 17 pounds. this gal is snuggly, cuddly - on her terms. She'd rather cuddle you than you cuddle her. She loves to follow her person as they tend to chores, errands, shopping, and joining in on outdoors gardening. She gets on well with other dogs, of all sizes. She is curious about cats; she'd rather not have them in her circle; I am sure the cats feel the same. She wouldn't hurt them, but just too much interest, I think. She is up to date on vaccines, shots, and is spayed. She loves going to the beauty parlor. O'Miss was well loved and cared for. However, her owner is met with medical challenges, and the environment is not copasetic. Tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city you live in, other pets in your home, and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you, the better. What can this companion expect from you, and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. Please prepare to meet in person without hurry, and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response, as I review inquiries. I appreciate your understanding—Raleigh's Rescue Advocacy. *DNA testing is not performed, and we can only give you an assumed breed or breed mix.

Charles is just the happiest little guy. He absolutely loves people and wants nothing more than to be close to you, soaking up attention, cuddles, and giving lots of kisses. He’s playful, silly, and full of energy, but also very sweet and affectionate. He’s the kind of dog who will happily run around playing and then curl right up in your lap when he’s ready to relax. Watch Charles YouTube video now https://youtu.be/Asuqb-u6fS8?si=QPLi8ygyWmVgGp0L He loves toys and can entertain himself, but also really enjoys playing with other dogs. He gets along great with dogs of different ages and has been wonderful with the dogs he’s around. Zoomies in the yard are one of his favorite things, and his curiosity and happy personality make him so fun to be around. Charles is so amazing around kids. He’s just such a happy fun guy. He would be a wonderful family dog, making your life so much better by him being in it. Charles is a 2½-year-old Maltese Poodle mix and about 12 pounds. Story
This cutie is Chance. He is currently a littler over a month old, and weighs approximately 4 lbs! He's just a wee wittle baby. We think he may be a Chihuahua mix*, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that they are adorable and are one the MOST desperate in the entire US based on statistics for where this puppy is from. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from us, it saves their life as well as the life of another in its place. Chance is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. He loves to play with his siblings and take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat- such is puppy life! A puppy is discovering their personality with each passing day. We pride ourselves in being able to give you good personality and behavioral information to help ensure this baby is the right fit for you. You are also welcome to do a Facetime call to meet your new baby before signing paperwork! Chance is still very young and will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. A puppy is discovering new things that shape their personalities with each passing day. Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy starting immediately when arriving into their new home, which will help with potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well rounded adult dog. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life?
