He's used to living in a loving home environment. He's also lived with children. Harpo is now in a foster home, meeting new dogs and cats. He has no issues with them. He's super friendly and a happy boy. Harpo is crate trained and housetraining is an ongoing process. He wants to please and with 'routine', he'll have it quickly. Harpo's adoption fee is $450 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. Harry, a gentle senior Maltese mix, and Sally, his equally sweet Yorkie/Maltese mix daughter, share an unbreakable bond and must be adopted together—they’ve been each other’s constant companions and truly thrive as a pair. These two have settled beautifully into their foster home and enjoy a calm, cozy routine. While they’ll occasionally engage in a little playful moment together, their favorite activity is simple: snuggling up on the couch and staying close to their people. They’re the definition of loyal companions and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you. Harry and Sally are pee pad trained and continuing to make great progress with house training. At bedtime, they sleep in a crate and, after a brief moment of protest, settle in quietly for the night. They are slowly getting used to other dogs and would do best in a home with calm, respectful canine companions. They’re also perfectly fine with cats. A peaceful, low-key environment will help them feel most comfortable and secure. These sweet seniors have so much love left to give and are ready to fill a home with warmth, companionship, and gentle joy. Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html *****************   Matty is an 8 month old, 6lb Maltipoo that was given up by his owner due to personal issues.  He is not neutered yet, but Mutt Love will be taking care of that soon.  He is playful, affectionate, learning to walk on a leash and potty outside and gets along with the other dogs in his foster home.  He does have some separation anxiety and wants to have his human within eyesight, but he travels very well and loves going with his fosters either on his leash or in his little carry sling.  He loves to sleep with his humans at night, especially snuggled up in bed with them. He also enjoys curling up next to them to watch TV or sit out on the porch.  He loves his toys and his morning zoomies too!
