💕 Meet Gracie — Tiny Retired Diva Seeking a Couch of Her Own 💕
If you’re looking for a tiny, gentle companion whose idea of a perfect day involves a cozy couch, a soft blanket, and being near her favorite person, Gracie may be your girl.
Gracie is an itty-bitty 6-pound, approximately 5–8-year-old Poodle/Maltese mix (our best guess!) with the sweetest, mild-mannered personality. We don’t know much about her life before coming to us, but one thing is very clear: Gracie is learning what it feels like to be loved—and she is really, really enjoying it. ❤️
She can be a little shy when she first meets you, but once she realizes she’s safe, the sweetest little dog begins to emerge. Her tiny poodle nub of a tail wags like crazy when you walk through the door, and she has an adorable habit of sneaking up behind you to give your ankles a few little kisses—just in case you forgot she was there.
Gracie lives peacefully with dogs of all sizes. She isn’t interested in wrestling or playing with them, but she’s perfectly happy to curl up beside another dog and will gladly let a canine friend snuggle against her. She’s also fostered with cats and finds them completely charming—or at least charming enough to peacefully ignore! They are more than welcome to curl up next to her, too.
She’s doing very well with housetraining, although at only six pounds, she does need frequent potty breaks. She loves going outside to do her business and will also use potty pads when her people are away.
Gracie enjoys going for walks, but please don’t sign this girl up for a marathon. 😂 A nice little stroll followed by several hours of couch time is much more her speed. She is a professional couch potato and takes the position very seriously.
At bedtime, Gracie sleeps in the human bed and barely moves all night. Big spoon? Little spoon? She’s flexible. As long as she’s warm, cozy, and close to someone she loves, she’s happy.
Gracie recently had a full dental procedure, and her remaining little teeth are now fresh as a daisy. Our veterinarian estimates that she is somewhere between 5 and 8 years old.
While Gracie is gentle and doesn’t seem to have a mean bone in her tiny body, her dream home isn’t a loud, chaotic one. She would likely be perfectly fine with children but her ideal everyday lifestyle is a little more… retired diva. 👑
She’s looking for a relaxed home, a comfy couch, a warm bed, leisurely little walks, and someone who will continue showing her just how wonderful it is to be loved.
Gracie doesn’t ask for much. She just wants to be close to you, give you a few kisses, wag that tiny nub when you come home, and spend the rest of her life knowing she belongs. 💕
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped.
