Story
Milo is a fun, smart 4 year old dog. He is super carrying and deserves all the love that he can get. He has been with me since a puppy and I’ve enjoyed every second of his personality and companionship. Milo loves the park, friendly but not overtly enough to leave with strangers if walking without a collar. Milo has been raised with other dogs and enjoys other dogs as companions. He has shown interest in cats and is friendly, but has never been in the same home with them. There is a cat on the property that he respects space wise (doesn’t chase her or bark). Milo has a small appetite , so food needs are not extravagant. He does enjoy a mixture of dry dog food with wet food and broth. He also enjoys when I cook him food from scratch (chicken breast, carrots and with little olive oil and minimal rice and a scrabbled egg). He loves his toys and his comfort with his bed. He sleeps with a blanket and a nice cushioned bed. He does also know how to go up and down the stairs like a bunny.

Story
Milo loves to play, and go on long walks to sniff the world around him (though, he's a bit of a homebody and LOVES to just snuggle on the couch). Milo is nonshedding, house trained, 9 years old, and extremely intelligent. He knows a ton of commands: roll over, give paw, speak, play dead, sit pretty, spin around, so so many. He understands so much when you talk to him, it's kind of incredible. He tends to be very picky about the dogs and cats he befriends. Some dogs he'll love, others he'll hate. Milo also really loves playing with older children (4+), but seems quite fearful of younger kids. This is why we're are looking to rehome him. He has been a wonderful pet, no separation anxiety, very chill during work calls, affectionate etc but we have little kids now, and he's too stressed out in our home. We just want him to be happy, and we strongly feel that this means a home with no small kids.
