DOB 5-25-2024 Amir is a sweetheart! This little boy is social, loves toys and friends to play with and gets along good with others. He is neutered, heartworm negatiive and received his ProHeart 6 injection. His adoption fee is 750.00 and his transport fee is 165.00 The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.Arlo is a sweet little guy, good with cats, dogs,  older kids only due to his size.  Just perfect for a lap! He is working on potty and leash training and socialization with the outside world. His adopter will need to continue this training.  He loves rolling around in the grass and thinks it's amazing! It's been fun showing him the great big world out there. He is very treat motivated (loves veggies!) and knows sit. Arlo loves to run around and play with his 3 doggie foster sisters and toys.
