Story
*We will not be hosting adoption events on Saturday, December 27 and January 3. We are offering private adoption appointments to pre-approved applicants December 22-January 4. Happy Holidays!* Dale is a true gentle giant with a heart as big as he is. He loves the outdoors and is spectacular on a leash, making him a wonderful walking companion who’s happy to take in the world right by your side. Dale is incredibly friendly with people and does well around other dogs, greeting everyone with calm confidence and an easygoing nature. This sweet boy shows his affection through enthusiastic, slobbery kisses and is always ready to roll over for a good belly rub—his absolute favorite pastime. With his affectionate personality, steady manners, and love for connection, Dale would thrive in a home looking for a loyal, loving companion who brings both calm and joy wherever he goes. Dale is a 1-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. Dale is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. He is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! Story
Bagel is 1 year old pyrenees-border collie mix who is very sweet and affectionate. He loves going on hikes, walks, rides in the car, and even bike rides. He's also happy cuddling with his people after a fun day. He is still young, so he needs some direction here and there, but his goofy personality makes him an immediate catch. He loves butterflies and grasshoppers, and will show off his little smile when he gets excited. He is great with all humans, and walks well on leash. Bagel is crate trained and potty trained, and loves other dogs. Bagel is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If interested in adopting, please fill out the application at the following link: https://www.wildwestpetrescue.org/adopt

Story
I have been fostering Sheba after a family member could no longer care for her. She had minimal socialization, no experience in car rides, and no leash experience. Fast forward one month and she is such a fast learner and smart girl!! Rockstar on the leash, now it is time to find her the loving home she deserves. Sheba is a one year old sweet, goofy girl who loves being outside and has plenty of playful energy. She gets along great with my dogs and coexists well with the cats. She knows sit, paw, down, wait. She is up-to-date on all vaccinations, and her adoption fee will cover spay, which is done on 12/16/25 Sheba would thrive with a family who can give her time, attention, love, and lots of space to run. If you looking for a fun, affectionate companion to add to your home, Sheba might be your perfect match. If you would like more info or want to meet her, message me!
