Story
I have a question for all your moms out there. How do you do it? Puppies are only with us for a couple months and that’s enough. Amber here and as a young mom, I am ready for a life without my puppies. I’m ready for some me time. This doesn’t make me a selfish girl, I love other dogs and people and I’m even OK with cats. I walk well on leash, don’t jump up and I’m housebroken. I am a calm girl who is trusted to free roam when my foster mom is gone. A home with a yard and another playful dog would be perfect! People say I am smart and have a sweet disposition. Do you have a place in your heart and home for me? If so, please fill out the application and let’s meet. I appreciate you taking the time to read my story love, Amber. If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in me!) My adoption fee is $300.  I am currently fostered in Vail and the rescue is trying to move me to denver so they can finish my vetting and find my forever home. I am available for a foster to adopt currently until I am spayed!  ##1997186##

Story
This pups adoption fee has been partially sponsored by All Aboard or an All Aboard partner! The new adoption fee is reflected on the profile. Ombre is big guy with a lot of love to give! He came to us with a few quirks that his foster has been helping him work through and he is constantly making progress! He does need an experienced adopter who will be dedicated to continued positive reinforcement training and ongoing socialization. He has come a long way since his arrival in January 2023 and needs the perfect partner in crime to help him continue making progress! Ombre can be a bit skittish with new sounds or unexpected movements and can resource guard at times. He is occasionally slow to warm up to new men and other dogs, but not consistently! He can get overwhelmed in new high-activity environments, so continued socialization is a must. Ombre is very loving and curious, and acts like he is his foster's shadow. This loving boy is a classic case of a dog who is worth the effort! With the right, experienced adopter who is committed to setting him up for success through continued training and socialization, Ombre will absolutely blossom into his adopter's most dedicated friend! He is house and kennel trained. Story
Not entirely sure you've ever met a goofier goober than this boy! Meet Hawkeye! He is an 80lb ball of love. Great Dane mix? Greyhound mix? He's a big boy with an aerodynamic head, and we're not quite sure of what his breed really is, but whatever he is.... *chef's kiss* Hawkeye's perfect day would include snuggling, fetching or chasing objects, playing with other animals, playing with toys, swimming or splashing in water, going for walks, and just being a general silly goose. The shenanigans are strong with this one. His personality really shines when he's getting out and meeting new people, but he's also down for staying in and lounging around the house with his favorite people. His zoomies are a MUST see! Hawkeye is dog friendly, potty trained, and doing well with leash training and basic cues. RUN don't walk to meet this absolute GEM of a creature! ADOPTION FEE: $425 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Meet Barney! He is an 8 year old Mastiff. *Barney is a big boy with a larger-than-life personality! *He loves to go on walks, would suggest using a harness and finds using his nose enriching. *Barney has a nice balance of bouncy, playful energy but can settle. *Would enjoy being spoiled with love and affection! *Would prefer a feline free home.April 26, 2024, 4:46 pm
