Balto is a 7-year-old Cane Corso mix who came into our care due to unfortunate circumstances. He is currently on a refeeding plan as he works toward a healthy weight and will need an adopter who can continue this routine. Because he is very food motivated, Balto requires a slow feeder to help make mealtimes safe and comfortable.This handsome boy is intelligent and eager to engage with his people, making him a great candidate for continued training and enrichment. Despite the challenges he has faced, Balto remains a sweet and gentle companion who enjoys affection and human connection.Balto is looking for a committed, understanding home that can provide structure, patience, and lots of love as he continues his journey. Hi! I'm Hazelnut — but you can call me Hazie! 🌰 I'm a happy, friendly, outgoing 10-week-old pup who loves meeting new people and making friends wherever I go. I look up to my canine foster sister and am learning how to be a confident girl, and I even share my home with a cat — I'm very respectful of her and respond well to her cues. House training is still a work in progress (I am a baby after all!), and while crate training hasn't been my favorite, I'm trying hard and improving every day. I do like to use my voice to share my thoughts, so a condo or apartment may not be the best fit for me. I'm happiest when I'm cuddled up with my people or my foster sister, so another dog in the home could be a great match. I'm also a smart cookie — I already know sit, touch, sitting at the door, and I'm working on "leave it." Bonus: I'm very food motivated, which makes training extra fun! If you're looking for a loving, cuddly pup with a big personality, I might be your perfect match 💖

Meet Brazil! 🌰 Hi! I'm Brazil, professional cutie, treat enthusiast, and future best friend. I'm a sweet, happy puppy on the hunt for my furever home, and I've got a lot going for me. Brazil is 10 weeks old and a bit of a mystery mix, maybe Mastiff, maybe Shepherd… though she looks a little different from her siblings and mom. We're guessing she inherited her dad's extra-charming good looks 😉 First things first: food is life. I'm super polite about it too, no guarding here! My foster even puts his hands in my bowl while I eat (rude, but I allow it). I also sit very nicely while my food is right in front of me, because I'm learning that patience = snacks. Worth it. My crate is actually one of my favorite places because it means treats, love, and lots of praise. I might protest for a moment when my foster leaves, but then I remember… he always comes back. So I curl up and nap like a champ. Potty training? I'm doing pretty great if I do say so myself. I still have a few oopsies here and there, but I love going outside, meeting new people, and playing with other dogs. There's also a bell my foster rings before potty time, not totally sure why, but I'm investigating. My absolute favorite toy is my pig. He throws it, I bring it back, he throws it again… confusing, but extremely fun. I'll happily do just about anything for treats, so I'm already learning some very cool (and slightly weird) tricks. I'm a fast learner! I can't wait to meet my furever family, and honestly… have you seen how cute I am?! 🐾
