He's currently learning his basics and is doing wonderfully with positive reinforcement and Animalkind training methods. He responds best to calm, kind energy and truly blossoms when his people are patient, consistent, and encouraging.Ducky is dog-social and enjoys canine friends, though he can be exuberant in his play style. Story
Callie is the most loving sweetest girl. We got her at 8 weeks old and not long after my husband suffered a massive stroke, so she's not had any training or as much attention as she should have. She's a huge lap dog, sleeps on our bed, she's about 120 lbs, not fixed, and I put adult XL depends on her when she's in heat. She's great with having her feet wiped, or when we take her to a dog groomer to have her nails trimmed. We all love her very much (we have 3 adult daughters who live in their own homes), but we also all know that I have my hands full already - I've worked full time from home Callie's whole life, and also because of my husband we don't every go anywhere except once in awhile, so she's used to being with someone. We recently moved from a house to a condo as I can't take care of a yard anymore, but now I have to try walk her early in the morning before work, and leaving my husband alone while I do it, it's all wearing on me. My husband needs me healthy to take care of him.
