LOKI: GOD OF MISCHIEF, PROFESSIONAL VELCRO DOG, AND CERTIFIED GIANT BABY When Loki was adopted as a puppy, everyone thought he would grow into a majestic giant. And he did. What nobody realized was that he'd also grow into a giant who believes his people should remain within petting distance at all times. Loki recently returned to rescue after struggling with separation anxiety. His family experienced some big changes when both his favorite human friend and his dog buddy moved out of the home, and the loss of his daily companions made his anxiety much worse. Being left alone became incredibly stressful for him, and he had a hard time coping. But here's the thing: Loki isn't a bad dog. He's actually a sweet, goofy, affectionate mastiff mix who loves his people with every ounce of his oversized 92lb body. He forms strung bonds, wants to be included in everything, and is happiest when he's surrounded by those he loves. Loki is looking for a home that understands his needs and is committed to helping him continue to build confidence. A family with patience, consistency, and plenty of companionship would be ideal. He'd thrive with people who are home often and willing to help him learn that being alone isn't so scary. As a bonus, this gentle giant is good with other dogs, good with cats, and has never met a couch he didn't think was made specifically for him. If you've ever wanted a shadow the size of a small horse, a snuggle buddy with zero concept of personal space, and a dog who will love you with his whole heart, Loki might be your perfect match! Apply today at wagsandwigglesfw.com to meet the dog who believes that friendship isn't just important - it's a full-time job. Loki is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm preventative.

Story
This is Bauer, a 105lb Great Dane/mastiff (DNA tested) Bauer is a typical giant breed. He doesn't know his size, kinda has rocks for brains, and is a velcro dog that just wants to cuddle and play. Even with all of his quirks (more below), he is the sweetest guy on the planet. I've had him since he was 10 weeks old, and from the beginning he has been as stubborn as they come. He is meant to be an only pet. Under no circumstances will he thrive in a home with another animal. He's reactive, food aggressive (with animals, not humans), and jealous of other animals getting attention. He has unfortunately attacked my other dog multiple times, and has recently learned to jump the fence to get to dogs walking by. He needs someone who is dedicated to giving him structure, training, a TALL fence, and all of the attention his little heart so badly desires. He has always been vetted. He's UTD on shots, heart worm preventative, neutered. He's house trained and crate trained.

Meet Maxdy and Bosco 🤎🖤 We are a bonded pair!! If you’re interested in us, our adoption fee is only $100 for both! 🖤Large, in charge, and absolutely full of slobber. These two here are Great Danes. These handsome boys here are brothers, and have been together for their whole lives. They’re both now 8 years old. Now, don’t get us wrong, both of these giant boys still got quite a bit of pep in their step for being older. Enough to cause mischief and destruction? Nah. Not their thing. They just love being able to go around outside and explore, or just walk around and stretch their legs. They love going on walks and seeing what everyone's up to. When they get their walks out? Couch. Potatoes. Well, as much of a potato as you can be when you take up an entire couch yourself. These older gentlemen came in when their owners were unable to care for them any longer. They walk nicely on a leash, they travel well, and they are housetrained. For such a large breed, 8 years is already quite old. While they do have a good amount of energy still, there really isn’t a way to tell how long these boys have left. They really need to have a comfortable place where they can laze around and enjoy their last bit of retirement that they deserve. 🐾

Story
Phatty here! Weight: 100# I am ready to find my new adoptive home! When I first arrived at the shelter I was not up to my full potential. I am actively working on gaining weight everyday and getting to my healthiest self! I will need a home with older children. I know sit, down, and I take my treats very kindly. I may be a giant boy, however I still meet the certified lap dog requirements! Maybe I could be your new couch snuggle buddy. If you have other dogs in your home be sure to bring them in to meet me, I am selective with my dog friends. FWACC reserves the right to place me in my best fit home.
