Story
Hi, I'm Cookie! I am a high energy gal looking for a home that will take me on adventures and socialize with me! I'm about 3 years old and weigh 86 pounds. I have a medical release you can read at the shelter about my ears.Do you like dogs? I came in with another dog but I will need to meet any other canine family members before adoption.Cats? It is unknown how I would do with cats, I may be too big for them. A slow, supervised introduction will be needed.Kids? I am a larger gal, and can be jumpy at times. Older kids 8+ in the home would be best.I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption. It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! If you think we would be a good match come on down and ask to meet me! I'm looking for my forever home and it could be with you!ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license. This pet is located at Greenhill Humane Society. 88530 Greenhill Road Eugene, OR 97402 (541) 689-1503. See all of the pets at this shelter by visiting www.green-hill.org.
