Nyla is in a FOSTER home while she waits for her FOREVER home. Please reach out to PRAS-FOSTER@NNVA.GOV if you`d like to meet her. Meet Nala – Our Stunning 1.5-Year-Old Cane CorsoNala may have arrived at PRAS as a stray, but she has spent the last several weeks thriving in a foster home with one of our staff members while she awaited her spay. Now that she is fully vetted and altered, this gorgeous girl is officially ready to find her forever family.Nala is crate trained, housebroken, and currently living peacefully with another female dog and a cat in her foster home. We believe she can do well with other dogs in her adoptive home, as long as introductions are done slowly and appropriately.Like many Cane Corsos, Nala displays some classic “stranger danger” tendencies. She is not the type of dog who will be comfortable with a lot of unfamiliar people coming in and out of her home, so she will need an adopter who understands and respects the protective nature of her breed. She is truly a remarkable dog, but she is not a beginner breed.Nala is beautiful, loyal, and full of potential—she just needs the right match who appreciates who she is.If you’re familiar with Cane Corsos and think Nala may be the perfect fit for your home, please reach out to PRAS-FOSTER@NNVA.GOV to schedule a meet and greet. She can’t wait to meet the person who will finally be hers.

If you would like to meet her, please email PRAS-FOSTER@NNVA.GOV and we can schedule a meet with her!Hi, I`m Angel! I spend my days playing with my favorite toys, soaking up attention, and greeting new friends with my sweet, gentle nature. Whether we’re going for walks or curling up on the couch, I’m happiest when I’m with someone who loves me.I’m trainable, housebroken, and currently living with a foster parent who’s helping me work through my mild anxiety. I’m already making great progress and will continue to shine with a patient, loving adopter.I do need a home without small pets—no cats or caged animals for me, please—but I have plenty of love to give to the right family. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will fill your days with affection and joy, I might be the perfect match. I can’t wait to meet you!
