Story
Are you looking for a sassy and spunky best friend? Then I would like to introduce you to Tiny Tina! Tiny Tina is a 3-month-old, 6lbs, Dachshund Mix who would love to make your life so much more fun!
Much like her namesake, Tiny Tina, known affectionately as 'Tiny', is an enthusiastic, loyal, and sassy little puppy. She doesn't get into much trouble, but when she does, and when her foster parents tell her 'no', Tiny will back talk! She is the definition of tiny and mighty! She will defend her siblings and stick up for herself at all times (despite being the smallest puppy in her litter). Don't let her sassy nature fool you though. Tiny is a super sweet puppy. She loves to cuddle and give out tiny kisses.
When she isn't busy telling off the cats for trying to boink her sister's head, Tiny is also super playful. She loves to play with toys and other animals. She can be a bit mouthy when the toys are out, but with continued training, this behavior won't stick around long. She loves any toys, but specifically likes chew toys, balls that are meant for bigger dogs, and sticks.
Tiny does well in a crate, but will likely need a soothing toy for a while. She currently enjoys a heartbeat soothing toy.
As you can likely guess, Tiny and her siblings are not potty-trained, but they are really smart and will likely catch on quickly. They have responded well to pee-pads, and with the proper attention, they will be potty-trained in no time.
If you are looking for a versatile and fun-loving puppy, then look no further! Apply for Tiny Tina today!
Tiny is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $400.00.
To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt
All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
