Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Brandi is a beautiful girl who is looking for a home. She came to us from our partner rescue in Louisiana and will be in a NJ foster home on 1/10.   Meet Brandi- the ultimate sweetheart with a mother's heart. Brandi was surrendered after her beloved owner passed away, and despite the loss, she has shown nothing but love. She raised 5 beautiful pups who have all been adopted and proved to be an incredible mom, now it's her turn.  Brandi is housetrained, walks beautifully on the leash, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats and kids.  She's friendly, calm and full of sweetness.   Brandi is currently thriving in her foster home surrounded by furry and human friends- she's ready to bring that same love and warmth in to her forever home   Brandi is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. she tested negative for heartworm.   Her  adoption fee is $450.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home. If you are interested in learning more about me, and possibly making me part of your family, please go to  wag-on-inn.com . To apply, click  HERE  or on our website, go to Adoptable Pets and Adoption Application. A Wag On Inn volunteer will be in touch soon! Story
The pictures and video sent to me showed a scared little pup who was glad to have someone care about her after months of having been left alone! Her family moved and didn't take her with them. Just left her there to fend for herself as if she was the trash they left behind. Even after fifteen years of seeing this type of evil come across my computer screen we still cannot wrap our minds around how someone can do this without feeling an ounce of shame or guilt. Lucky for Josie a neighbor was at least seeing that she had food and water. When our rescue partner in NC reached out with her story and pictures we were quick to say we want her. From the day she came to us she has been timid but so wiling to trust those who are showing her we aren't all like that family who left her! She wants to trust and she wants to believe that she matters! No doubt she deserves that. She is precious and we are happy that she's a Diamond Dog. Fully vetted, spayed, and ready to go home to her family. She is estimated to be around 1 1/2 years old and a mixed breed....maybe min pinscher or chi or hound. She is currently in a foster home in NH and living with several other dogs. She's dog friendly and weighs around 30lbs full grown.

Story
Meet Nox — your new little shadow with big ears and an even bigger heart! This sleek, petite gentleman is a 2-year-old, 14-pound Miniature Pinscher mix with a personality as bright as his shiny coat. With good nutrition, Nox is expected to fill out to around 20 pounds — still the perfect size for couch snuggles or strolls around the neighborhood. Nox is what we call an “all-in-one companion” — he’s great with cats, kids, and dogs, and he’s just as happy living the high-rise life in an apartment as he is in a single-family home. He’s playful, affectionate, and always up for fun — but when the day winds down, he’s happiest curling up by your side. And those radar ears? They don’t miss a beat. Nox is ready to tune into your frequency and bring endless joy, laughter, and love to your home. Ready to make Nox part of your family? Story
Sweet, funny doxie mix Nicholas is ready for his forever home where he can be the center of attention! He's fine with dogs but not a buddy for one. Enjoys meeting all people, loves his person, being close, cuddling. 5 years, 13 pounds, Nick had a small bout of IVDD, recovered quickly with rest, steroids. His walk is off a bit, but he walks, runs fast, is not hampered in living his little life at all. Nicholas enjoys squeaky toys, will carry them to you for play or squeak them by himself. He's a really wonderful best friend. Fostered near Philadelphia, PA. Adoption fee $275 www.longdogsrescue.org/application

Story
Meet Rocky – A Brave Little Soul Looking for His Miracle Home Rocky is a little Min Pin with a big spirit and an even bigger heart. He’s around 5 years old, and though life hasn’t always been easy, he’s faced every challenge with courage and love. When his beloved owner went into the hospital, Rocky’s world was turned upside down. His family did everything they could to care for him and manage his diabetes, but it became too difficult. That’s when we stepped in — and promised Rocky he’d never have to struggle alone again. With medication and lots of love, his diabetes is now under control (but he will need an adopter committed to keeping him on his medication). Thanks to his amazing foster, Rocky has rediscovered joy — chasing toys, snuggling under the blankets, and greeting visitors with his big, bold personality. He’s playful, smart, and full of life — but also tender and deeply connected to his people. At bedtime, he curls up close, often nudging under the covers just to be near you. Rocky isn’t perfect — he’s still learning his potty routine, can be protective of his food, and doesn’t love his insulin needles. But he’s trying so hard, and every day he trusts a little more. He just needs someone patient, kind, and willing to give him the stability he’s never truly had. A few notes about Rocky: Dog friendly (he enjoys canine friends!) Cats not recommended Crate trained: not yet, but learning Potty training: in progress (uses pads too!) Loves toys, treats, and snuggling at bedtime Travels well Needs an experienced, patient, and loving home Rocky’s dream home:Someone home most of the day, with a gentle heart and steady hands — someone who sees past his condition and just loves him for the sweet, goofy little dog he is. A fenced yard would be lovely, and another calm dog friend would be a bonus. Rocky has already overcome so much. He just needs one more miracle — a forever home that will love him for the rest of his days. Fostered in Farmingdale, NJ Apply to adopt Rocky at: peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/adoption-application Sometimes the most special dogs are the ones who’ve fought the hardest — and Rocky is ready to show his forever family just how big his little heart truly is. ##2569540##
