Story
Meet snuggly Felix!  Felix is a approx 6 year old 12 pound Miniature Pinscher Mix, and like most MinPins he has a big personality! Felix loves to go on walks and could walk for miles with you! He's good with other dogs, and is fond of the lady dogs in particularly.  Felix is also a 100 percent lapdog when its time for snuggles.  He loves everyone he meets, though we haven't seen him with children we think he'd fine if they are respectful kiddos.  He hasn't met a cat but we could do that upon request if you need that information.   Felix is crate trained, and pretty close to being house trained too. He loves toys, play, walks, snuggles. He's a well rounded pup! As mentioned, he's great on leash, enjoys the company of other dogs too.  If there is anything Felix might need is work on his basic commands, and as a new owner we highly recommend doggie/human socializing and behavior classes. We know many great force/fear free trainers we can recommend.  We think Felix would do best in a home as he will alert with a bark when he hears stranger danger outside of the home. MinPin alert dog at the ready! Are you ready to bring home your new family member with his confident, loving personality? Felix would love to meet you! Underdogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Adoption fee is $310.  He is being fostered in SE Portland. You MUST have an Underdogs Rock Rescue application on file to request a meet with an Underdog. An online Underdogs Rock adoption application can only be accessed at  https://underdogsrock.org/adopt-a-dog  . You must be available to meet an Underdog in their foster's location and dogs are not held for applicants or shipped outside of the Portland metro area. Home checks are also part of the process and will be conducted virtually. For updates on all the Underdogs be sure to follow the Underdogs Rock Rescue Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/UnderdogsRockRescueFebruary 27, 2025, 8:50 pm

Story
Meet Ralphie! Ralphie is a smiley, happy-go-lucky Miniature Pinscher mix with a big heart and even bigger personality. This playful, toy-loving pup is always up for an adventure—or a good belly rub! He’s a little goofball who loves to bounce, zoom around the yard, and show off his best “sit” for treats. Ralphie would thrive in a home with a yard where he can run, play, and soak up the sunshine. He’d be a great fit for adults or a family with older kids who can match his fun, bouncy energy. Whether he joins a home with other dog friends or becomes your one and only, Ralphie is all about making you smile. He’s the perfect mix of silly and sweet—ready to explore the world by your side and then curl up on the couch when the day’s done. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who brings the laughs and lives for the love, Ralphie’s your guy. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. Story
**All dogs are by appointment only, please inquire through Petfinder, Adopt-a-pet, Rescueme.org or e-mail us directly at shelter@hbpets.org for the dogs questionnaire*** Hi, I am Junior, neutered, 10.5yrs old, a mix of mix of Min-PIn/Jack Russel etc. I am a very special boy, who is looking for his last home, I need a gentle owner, who understands my quirks, I am not mean at all, but am terrified of being picked up and the vets office. Now that I am on arthritic medication, I love short walks, I bounce around to play and if you are real lucky, I will crawl in your lap and want snuggles. I love just being in the room with you, I like the big office dog here, but I am not so sure about dogs my size or smaller. Due to my arthritis I prefer no young children under 10yrs. My adoption fee is $225
