Story
Rocky Is 4 years old. He Is currently heart worm positive, but he Is on 2 medications right now and his last appointment for heart worm Is in October. He will soon be heart worm negative and it won’t cost you anything. Overall health Is healthy I have a folder of all his medical records. He Is doggy door trained. He enjoys car rides to the vet. He does prefer to stay home rather than go to other peoples homes. He Is sweet as can be and will give you unlimited kisses. He gets along well with my other bigger dogs. One of my big dogs seems to have an issue with rocky, but Rocky doesn’t cause issues. Rocky lovessss kids. He would do good in a home with someone who Is home more often than not. He goes in his kennel when I am gone because I don’t trust my other dog around him when alone. He does prefer to be out.

Kola is about 10 years old. I adopted him 6 years ago. He can be a grumpy old dog but also sweet. He got along great with my cat that recently passed away. When Kola feels threatened he will bite. I don't recommend to have children around him. He doesn't like anyone close to his face. However, he is a great cuddle buddy. He loves going under blankets and enjoys car rides. He used to be potty trained but due to me not taking him out like I used to he uses a peewee pad. I believe he has arthritis in his hind legs and he sometimes whimpers or cries out. I manage it with over the counter pain pills. He doesn't like being left alone. I usually put doggy tv for him when I leave and offer him calming pills. Loud thunder scares him but he likes fireworks. Overall he's a good dog. I just hope a good, patient, and loveable person or older couple can take him in.

Rocky is a handsome little Chihuahua mix maybe with a touch of Miniature Pinscher and a whole lot of good boy. He’s about five years old, and right now, he’s trying to adjust to a big change in his life. Sometimes life takes an unexpected turn, and we have to make decisions we never planned on making. Rocky’s family had to move for a military position and, sadly, couldn’t take him with them. He’s safe with a wonderful foster, but he misses the people and home he knew. His foster is giving him comfort and care while he adjusts, and we’re hoping the next chapter will bring him a family to call his own. 🥺🐾 Rocky is a 100% lap dog who loves being held, chasing a ball, and playing with his toys.
