Meet Bentley! Bentley is a 12-year-old Min Pin mix who came to us nearly three years ago with a badly broken leg. Despite a complex surgery, an infection meant his leg had to be removed—but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Once he was finally pain-free, Bentley’s whole personality blossomed!This little gentleman isn’t your typical small-breed pup. He’s incredibly well-rounded and adores humans of all ages—he recently lit up with joy when two small children helped at his photo shoot. Bentley is crate trained (though he prefers using it as a cozy retreat with the door open) and does well with his potty habits when taken outside regularly.In his foster home, Bentley lives peacefully with multiple dogs and happily does his own thing when he needs quiet time. He rarely barks—except when he’s politely requesting dinner or a cuddle.Bentley may be a senior, but he’ll surprise you with his charm, resilience, and loving personality. He’s fully house and crate-trained, and he’s been working hard on his basic manners—he already knows “sit,” “down,” and “paw.” This little guy thrives with a patient person who can give him some time to decompress and build trust. Slow introductions to new people are a must, but once you’re “his person,” he’ll be your constant shadow—and might even share his prized toys with you. Auggie has plenty of energy and loves outdoor play, especially chasing his oversized tennis ball or engaging in a good game of tug-of-war. Because of his high energy level, he’s not a great fit for apartment living. He can also be a bit particular about his belongings, so we recommend a home with no children. Meet Minnie â&#194&#128&#194&#147 she has the biggest ears and the biggest heart in town! Minnie is a petite girl at ~30lbs, and she loves to snuggle with her humans! Minnie unfortunately spent part of her life confined to a kennel as a victim of a hoarding case with 24 other dogs. Thankfully, this girl shines so brightly now! Minnie will go from playing fetch to cuddling in your lap as quick as you will let her. She loves to be with her people but does well alone in her kennel when they are gone â&#194&#128&#194&#147 and she sleeps quiet in her kennel all night! With her background, she is still working on potty training, but seeing improvement every day. She walks well on a leash and will walk for miles, but she will also happily turn around when you are ready! She is overcoming some skin irritations from her previous malnourishment, but she heard skincare is in right now, so she is just being trendy! Minnie is dog-friendly, but her nervous side comes out around cats. She is very treat-motivated and cannot wait to blossom with a forever family! All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. Meet Bella!Bella is a 3 year old mixed-breed dog weighing almost 40lbs. She came to Saving Hope in December with her 7 puppies. Now that her puppies have all been adopted, Bella is looking for her forever home! Bella has just moved into her temporary foster home, after being in boarding to recover from being spayed.Bella is dog-friendly with slow introductions but also wouldn`t mind being an only dog. She loves being around her human and getting lots of attention. I don`t have any cats or small children so I`m not sure how she would be. Bella is very eager to please and treat motivated so was quick to learn the routine with her two foster male golden retrievers.When I walk Bella by herself she does great with very little pulling, I only have to make small corrections. When I walk her with my dogs she does pull a little because she wants to lead. She is potty trained and will let you know she needs to go outside by standing at the back door and making the most adorable whimper. She is crate trained but does have some anxiety about being in there. Over the last week her anxiety has gotten better as she has started to trust me more and more.Bella has been just the absolute sweetest dog. She follows me around the house and honestly just wants to snuggle next to me as much as possible.
