Story
Snowball / Redington Beach Available for adoption www.VIPRESCUE.org Breed: Poodle mix Age: 1 years approximately Sex: Male Weight: 5.5 lb currently Color: White DOGS: Yes, he will require another, similar / Small size dog to play with in his new home. Kids: Respectful 12+ Say hello to Snowball!! We are in love with this little energetic fluffball with the cutest face. He is a healthy and happy little boy who weighs in at a whopping 5.5 lbs.!!!! He came into our rescue after a Good Samaritan saw him being dumped in a Walmart parking lot. 😡 They couldn’t keep him themselves, and wanted only the best for him so they contacted VIP Rescue. Snowball is a very smart little boy, who is learning new things everyday. He learned to use the puppy stairs to get in and out to the back yard for play and to work on potty training. He is a busy little guy who lovvvvees the other dogs in his foster home to play with. Snowball also loves his leash walks. Since Snowball loves to play with the other pups in his foster home, he will need another young active dog in his home to play with and please make sure you also have the time to dedicate to him. Remember, young dogs require ALOT of time, patience and consistency, Snowball is working on potty training and house manners. It’s pretty clear to us he did not have any guidance prior to coming in to rescue. We are getting him on a routine to help especially with potty training. (He has been working on pee pad training), his tiny bladder can not hold it for several hours, he will need patience while he is learning. Snowball also needs a home with watchful eyes to make sure he doesn’t get into things he is not supposed to. A work from home family, or one who only works away from the home for just a few hours a day will be given preference. Snowball would love a family that will continue to show him all the good things that life has to offer. Since he is currently so small, If there are children in the home, it is recommended that they be 12+ and small dog experienced. He is fast and so small he can get under feet quickly and sometimes unnoticed. He will need to be in a home where his people are agile, active and very alert to keep an eye out for him. He is looking for a home with another, similar sized young active dog for him to play with and learn from. Please no big dogs. He does have a playmate in his current foster home, maybe you would consider adopting both? Tilly is 4 years old, and is his best friend in the foster home, (see separate post.) Snowball is neutered, current on his age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and started on his heartworm prevention and flea prevention. If you’d like to add this little cutie to your family, please visit www.viprescue.org to fill out an adoption application. Adoption Requirements: You must be a Florida resident, and be at least 25 years of age to adopt. We do check county property records and public court records. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years, please provide all the names and numbers for each vet. This breed typically lives 15-18 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pet's estimated lifespan. All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, with families, jobs and pets of our own, so please be kind and patient. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application. Please make sure to read the entire bio of the pet you’re interested in before applying to adopt to make sure you meet the pets needs. Thank you for thinking rescue. Story
🧡 Meet Lucy – A Tender-Hearted Survivor Looking for Love 🧡 Lucy is a 3-year-old spayed female who was rescued from a severe hoarding situation along with over 30 other dogs. She's gentle, quiet, and incredibly resilient despite everything she’s been through. This sweet girl is not leash-trained yet, but she is pad trained and very gentle when hand-fed. She's learning to eat from a bowl and starting to explore life outside her comfort zone. Lucy enjoys being held and seems to find comfort in gentle lap time and petting — her favorite spot is a soft dog bed in a quiet corner. Lucy is not aggressive and has never growled or snapped, even under stress. She’s shy and will need someone with patience and experience with unsocialized or hoarded dogs to help her continue her journey to healing. What Lucy Needs in a Home: A calm, quiet household (no young children, please) A fenced yard with a smaller, secure potty area Another kind and confident dog to help her learn the ropes A person or family with patience, love, and a gentle routine Lucy is currently being housed with her friend Ethel, and they have begun to be separated to encourage independence. This is a special girl who didn’t ask for the circumstances she came from — but she deserves the very best going forward. If you’re ready to open your heart to a dog who will reward your patience with quiet loyalty and love, Lucy is ready to begin her new chapter. 📍 Located in Bradenton, FL 📩 Apply to adopt at ewenityfarmsbch.com

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.✨ Saga’s Comeback Story Begins… ✨ Some of you may remember sweet Saga and the heartbreaking condition she arrived in. At just 12 weeks old, this sweet girl believed to be a Micro Bernedoodle was returned to her breeder because they believed she should be euthanized. Thankfully, she was given a second chance instead. What she really needed was proper veterinary care, good nutrition, and lots of love—and look at her now. ❤️ Saga is currently 3½ months old and weighs just 4 pounds. She has made an incredible recovery and is finally ready to find her forever family! 3½ months old 4-pound Micro Bernedoodle Sweet, gentle, and starting to show her spunky personality Loves to snuggle and give lots of kisses Has done well with other dogs Has not been tested with cats Saga still needs one more round of puppy vaccines, as well as her spay and microchip, all of which are included in her adoption fee. These appointments will be completed through our veterinarian in Riverview, so adopters must be willing to return there for her remaining care. If you’ve been following Saga’s journey, you know just how special this little girl is. Now all she needs is the family who will love her for the rest of her life. Story
Meet Poppy! Poppy is a 10-year-old Maltese/Poodle mix and the largest member of her adorable little family, weighing in at a whopping 14.5 pounds. While she may be the biggest of the bunch, she's every bit as sweet, gentle, and loving as her best friends Hector, Chia, and Darla. Poppy has a soft, affectionate personality and enjoys spending time with both people and her canine companions. She is the kind of dog who is happy to be included in whatever you're doing, whether that's relaxing on the couch, following you around the house, or joining you for a leisurely stroll. Her calm demeanor and loving nature make her an easy companion to adore. Poppy and her three friends recently lost the person they loved most. Their owner cherished them deeply and had one final wish: that Poppy, Hector, Chia, and Darla stay together. They have spent their entire lives as a family, providing comfort, companionship, and security to one another through every stage of life. Now, these four little dogs are searching for a special person willing to continue that bond. Are you brave enough to take on a four-pack of very cute little dogs? While bringing home four dogs may seem like a big commitment, this tiny family comes with an enormous amount of love. You'll receive four loyal shadows, four warm cuddle buddies, and four grateful hearts. Poppy may be the biggest of the group, but she's just another piece of the puzzle that makes this little family complete. If you have room in your home and heart for Poppy and her friends, you'll be helping fulfill a dying wish and giving four deserving dogs the second chance they deserve.
