kidney food and thyroid medicineMeet Snoopy A Friendly, Gentle Gentleman Ready for His Forever Home Breed: Poodle Gender: Male | Age: 09/10/2018 | Weight/Size: 18 lbs (Small) Good With: Dogs ✔️ | Kids ✔️ | Cats: Unknown Personality: ❤️ Friendly | Loving | Sweet | Gentle Medical: ✔️ Neutered | ✔️ Vaccinations Up to Date Location: Los Angeles, California Transportation: Ozzie and Friends Rescue coordinates safe transportation for approved adopters throughout the United States. ❤️ Personality & Breed Information Snoopy is a sweet 8-year-old Poodle weighing approximately 18 pounds. This friendly little gentleman is looking for a loving family and a comfortable home where he can enjoy the next chapter of his life. Snoopy is friendly with other dogs and good with children. His compatibility with cats is currently unknown. At eight years old, Snoopy has the wonderful qualities that often come with a mature dog. He's past the demanding puppy stage, but he still needs companionship, exercise, enrichment, and opportunities to enjoy life with his people. Poodles are known for being intelligent, affectionate, people-oriented, and highly trainable. They often develop strong bonds with their families and enjoy being included in daily activities. Snoopy may be just as happy joining his family for a neighborhood walk as he is settling in nearby for some quiet time together. His future family should provide: Plenty of love and companionship Daily walks and appropriate exercise Mental stimulation and enrichment Positive-reinforcement training Regular grooming and brushing Consistent household routines Comfortable places to rest Continued veterinary care A safe indoor home A lifelong commitment Poodle coats require regular grooming and maintenance to prevent painful mats and keep the skin and coat healthy. His adopter should be prepared for routine brushing and professional grooming throughout his life. Training, Adjustment & What to Expect Even though Snoopy is eight years old, moving into a new home is still a major transition. He should be given time to become comfortable with his new people, surroundings, and routine. Rescue dogs may arrive with basic training at best, and even dogs who previously had good household manners may need reminders after a major change. His family should be prepared to reinforce: House training as needed Leash manners Basic commands Household boundaries Calm and consistent routines Comfortable handling and grooming Positive reinforcement, patience, and consistency will help Snoopy understand what is expected of him while building trust with his new family. Please remember the 3-3-3 Rule: 3 Days to decompress and begin feeling safe 3 Weeks to understand his new household routine 3 Months to fully settle in, build trust, and feel at home Snoopy shouldn't be rushed. Give him the opportunity to settle in at his own pace and discover that his new home is a safe place where he belongs. Owner Responsibilities & Veterinary Care Snoopy is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. At eight years old, he's entering his senior years, making preventative veterinary care increasingly important. His future family should work with their veterinarian to establish an appropriate wellness plan for him. His ongoing care should include: Regular veterinary wellness examinations Senior wellness exams and bloodwork as recommended Recommended vaccinations and boosters Flea, tick, heartworm, and parasite prevention Routine dental examinations and dental care Quality nutrition and healthy weight management Daily exercise appropriate for his age Regular professional grooming and brushing Nail and ear care Monitoring for changes in mobility, vision, hearing, appetite, or behavior Veterinary treatment whenever illness or injury occurs A safe and comfortable indoor home Older dogs can still have many wonderful years ahead of them. Keeping Snoopy active, lean, mentally engaged, and medically well cared for will help him enjoy those years to the fullest. Adoption Information If you are interested in adopting Snoopy, please complete an adoption application at: https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org/adoptions Thank you for considering adoption through Ozzie and Friends Rescue, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit dedicated to helping deserving dogs find safe, loving, permanent homes. Although we are based in Los Angeles, California, we coordinate safe and reliable transportation for approved adopters throughout the United States. Snoopy may be eight years old, but love doesn't have an expiration date. He's a friendly, sweet little gentleman who deserves to spend the years ahead knowing exactly where he belongs. Give Snoopy his forever home, and you'll gain a loyal companion who's ready to make himself part of the family.October 7, 2026, 10:25 am

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Rescue Rovers proudly presents this dynamic poodle duo - a bonded pair looking for a home together! Hi we're Touring and Westchester! We are 4ish years old males. We're the best of friends - might even be brothers. We appear to be purebred standard poodles but we don't have papers to prove it - who needs those aways!! We have those super long poodle legs and that curly poodle coat. Looking for hypoallergenic? We're the real deal. Handsome Touring is the dark grey one. He weighs in at 50lbs. Touring is the more playful one who loves to be silly. He loves to cuddle and be right by his people! Westchester is the salt and pepper one and weighs 46lbs. He has a more laid-back, relaxed personality. He's the more "sensible" one. He loves to be with his people but I also enjoy my own personal space (unlike Touring!) We are both properly house trained, crate trained we usually sleep through night in a crate together. We know basic commands, walk well on leashes, willing to learn new tricks. We are both great with other dogs and children. Both of us are working on putting on a few pounds to get us to a healthy weight. We have been together our whole lives and would really love to stay together if possible. Foster mom promises that while we may look like a lot, we are super easy in the house and just want to please. Are you ready to grow your pack by 2? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello, wonderful humans! My name is Arturo Sol, and I've been on quite the journey. I've traveled across the Southwest, from the sun-soaked deserts to the beautiful mountain peaks, searching for the one thing I've dreamed of most: ·         A family to call my own. I'm a handsome little Poodle mix weighing in at just 18 pounds and around 3 years old. While I've seen a lot of the world, what I'm truly looking for is a cozy home, a warm bed, good food, and someone who will love me as much as I'll love them. Why might I be your perfect match I'm house trained and potty outside. I sleep quietly in my crate all night. I get along well with other dogs I adore being close to my people and would make an amazing companion. I have a sweet, affectionate personality.  I would love a family with respectful children who know how to be kind to dogs.  And did someone say TREATS? Because treats are definitely one of my favorite things in the whole world! My ideal day is simple: following you around the house, keeping you company, accepting belly rubs, sharing quiet moments, and reminding you every day how special you are. Now, I do have one important thing to tell you... I think cats are a little too exciting, so a cat-free home would be best for me. If you've been looking for a loyal best friend, a cuddle buddy, a road-trip companion, or just a sweet little shadow who wants nothing more than to be by your side, I think we should meet. Could you be the forever family I've traveled so far to find? Arturo Sol is ready to trade his journey for a lifetime of love. Maybe that lifetime starts with you. . Story
Meet Pixie! ✨ Pixie is a tiny, white Maltese mix, about 2 years old, and her petite 9 lbs fit into a doggie purse. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and sensitive.Other dogs bring out her social Tinkerbell! ‍♀️ She is especially drawn to confident pups with a nurturing, take-charge “mother hen” personality and may pair well with a little canine Fairy Godmother who can show her th. at the world is a wonderful place. Or perhaps her Prince Charming has four paws and a wagging tail! ✨ Regardless, when she is with her peeps, she is playful and chases, rolls around, and follows her favorite pup! She isn’t particularly interested in toys, but give her a furry playmate and she’s ready to party! With people, Pixie is cautious, timid, and highly alert to her surroundings. She is docile, can be nervous and easily startled, and is still learning that humans are not villains. She needs someone who will give her the space and patience to build trust at her own pace. Once she feels safe, her cuddles shine through, and she will happily drift off into Neverland for hours by your side. Pixie is still learning the basics. She is not yet house trained and is working on leash skills. She decides the best way to handle a leash is to chew through it. And she’s quick! Her teeth can magically make a leash disappear in no time, so a chew-proof leash will be essential while she’s learning. Who needs a leash when you’d much rather be transported in your carriage anyway? Pixie is also practicing coming inside and working on basic commands, but this will take time. A magic carpet or the twinkle of her nose would probably make much more sense to Pixie. ✨Pixie may flourish in a calm home with a kind, dominant dog who can help show her the ropes. She is fine with cats, and we’re not yet sure how she is with children. This little princess will need a patient adopter who is ready to give her the consistency, kindness, and guidance she needs to blossom. She may be petite and adorable, but she is still discovering the world, and her new family will help her grow into her full potential. If you’re looking to rescue a little damsel in distress, perhaps she’s destined to encounter your love. All she needs is someone willing to sprinkle a little pixie dust into her life and give this sweet girl the safe, loving future she deserves—and her very own happily ever after. ✨Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at http://caws.org/adoption-application If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-applicationOctober 9, 2026, 7:30 am
