Skye is a darling Miniature Schnauzer girl who is looking for her perfect forever home. She recently had her teeth cleaned (with numerous extractions despite her young age) (4.5 yrs) and she is also spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. She is an excited tiny girl (weighing 7 lbs)who CRAVES attention. But she is also unsure of humans. She does not have a single mean bone in her body (under any circumstances) but she still runs up to us standing just out of reach until she’s ready. Then she will come close enough to pet. She’s learning to Walkin the leash as well. Skye is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will need professional grooming every 6-8 weeks. Skye’s adoption fee is $550 This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also allow us the ability to put funds towards the next homeless or unwanted dog in need of rescue! Winston came to us when his mom was experiencing a health crisis and had to move out of the area and could not bring him where she was going. We can all see why she loved this boy so deeply because he is the "whole package". He is leash trained, house trained, good in a crate and friendly with people and dogs of all sizes. He is very playful and has great energy for his age and can be a little "derpy" but in the very best way. Winston is around 7 years and 26-27 lbs. He is neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped. He has no known health concerns. He would be happiest in an active household and/or where he will have a yard to romp and run. Story

These boys came to us when their mama died and her daughter could no longer care for them. Olaf has a skin infection which we are working on clearing up and also has allergies which may require ongoing treatment. Olaf is 4 years old and is 10 lbs and Jax is 12 years old and around 12 lbs (could probably stand to lose a little). Both are neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped. Both do well walking on leash, love cuddling on the couch and are getting the hang of the potty routine with regular opportunities to go out. They do fine in a crate and sleep together in there at night without a fuss. Both are very sweet with people of all ages and get along with other small dogs with a proper introduction but would also love to be only dogs and get all of the love! They can be a little vocal when excited but generally are pretty quiet and chill at home.
