Story
Mario is 3 years old. We got him at 8 weeks from My Lovable Schnauzer breeder out in Tennessee. He knows several tricks and commands like sit, speak, spin, down, and roll over. He’s really smart and has learned these tricks within minutes. He’s been raised with kids from as young as newborn and he’s very good with kids. He does jump all over them and chase them and friendly nips at them because my kids play with him that way. He’s an active dog. Loves going on walks, spraying every piece of grass and tree on the way. He is not fixed, so he does try to assert dominance over every dog he comes in contact with. He’s great with people and loves being around people. Our only issue with him is that he’s not house broken. He will still pee and poop in the house after being outside all day especially if he doesn’t go on a late walk. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and take care of three kids, my husband works full time so we’re not always able to walk him and he makes us pay. It’s draining us.

Story
Meet Charlie, the affectionate snuggle bug seeking a loving home! He thrives on companionship and trust. While he will bark at new dogs and people, he calms down with time. Charlie gets along well with other dogs but should be in a cat-free home. He can be a bit hyper around kids, so an adult-only household is best. As Schnauzer, he has a unique thinner coat and has had past dietary issues, but he’s fine with a quality diet. He has a few missing teeth, so softer treats are ideal. Charlie is potty trained but needs a clean area and takes his time outside, requiring extra care. If you can offer him love and patience, he will reward you with cuddles and loyalty. Requirements for adopting Charlie: - A fenced yard. - Must take him for short walks. - No other dogs or cats preferred. - No children under 16. - Must be home most of the time. - No renters, please. - Must live in Florida, ideally within 60 miles of Sarasota-Bradenton. Adoption fee will be donated to shelter of your choice.
