Story
*You MUST live in Metro Atlanta to adopt Doris* Doris Day is a 5 year old, 15 lb Miniature Schnauzer. Doris has so much personality and is so much fun. She has so much to tell you and loves to "talk" to you all about her day. Doris would love to be the center of attention and be loved on all day. She gets so excited to see you and will wag her little tail to show her excitement. She is crate trained and food motivated. Doris is not comfortable on a leash and therefore REQUIRES a fenced in yard. Doris is dog and cat friendly. Doris is working on house training and will need patience as she continues to learn. Doris did test positive for heartworms. The treatment is included in her adoption fee and is covered at one of our veterinary partners, which is why she needs to stay locally. To adopt her, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org Her adoption fee is $450, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.

Story
Holly is a adorable 7-year-old, 17 lb Miniature Schnauzer with the sweetest, most loving personality. She loves all people and all of the attention. If you’re looking for a constant companion who will happily cuddle up with you day and night, she’s your girl. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and does well with kids. Holly spent much of her early life outdoors, so potty training is still a work in progress and may always require patience and consistency. She simply hasn’t fully learned yet. She came to us in November with heartworms but handled treatment like a champ and is now on the other side, doing great. It will be essential for her adopter to keep her on consistent heartworm prevention moving forward. Holly is rarely seen without a soft toy in her mouth. It’s her signature look and incredibly adorable. While she’s generally low-key, she does enjoy bursts of playtime and the occasional zoom around the yard. She can walk on a leash but is still learning and doesn’t love it just yet. A fenced yard would be preferred. She does not need another dog in the home but would be fine with one. To adopt her, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org The adoption fee is $400, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, heartworm treatment, and dental cleaning.

Story
Mocha is a 9-month-old Miniature Schnauzer looking for a loving new home. I brought him home when he was just 2 months old, and he has been a wonderful companion. Due to a recent leg surgery, keeping up with his energy level has become difficult, and the combination of medical expenses and pet care costs has made this decision necessary. Mocha would do best with an active family, especially one with children, as he is very playful and loves being around people. He enjoys long walks, playing in the water, and getting lots of attention. His favorite treats are carrots and mangoes, and he absolutely loves being petted. He is a very affectionate, needy, and sometimes anxious little boy who thrives on companionship and love. I'm looking for a responsible and caring family that can give Mocha the time, attention, and active lifestyle he deserves.
