Hi.  I'm Nugget.  I am about 9 years old.  I am short &long like a corgi, but my tail is bigger& I am black.  My owners were suckered into a DNA tests for dogs, the results said I am part miniature schnauzer, chihuahua,& 50% "herding breed."  My one mistake in life is that I am too loyal.  I pick a person, &that person is someone I will lay down my life for.  My current person adopted me when she was newly married w/out kids.  She has since had 3 kids& they are now mobile.  She doesn't like it when I chase&nip their heels/feet.  I see them as cattle or sheep& want to get them in line! I don't hate dogs but I don't love them either.  I wanna be ur only animal.  I cannot peacefully reside with a cat.  If u have chickens, don't even think about bringing me into ur home.  They would be goners.  If u think u'll fall in love&reproduce one day, you're probably not a good fit for me either.Got a place 4 me in ur heart and in your home? This is our precious Minnie girl. We've had her for 2 years and love her so much but she has issues with my other female beagle pictured above. She just tries to run and play and nip at her and the beagle is older and slower and is constantly bothered. Minnie is a kind sweet dog to the kids and I and our other male beagle, but pesters female beagle. I feel bad because it is hard to walk all 3 of them and before when I had just the two beagles it was more manageable. I want to find her a good home so she can be the fun playful dog she is without disrupting my other dogs so much.

Please share Tyler to help him find a home! Tyler, the super cute, adorable little schnauzer mix, is still looking for his home. This should surprise exactly none of us, given Tyler's attitude. It's not great, folks. He's kind of a pain in the behind, really, in that he's not likely to give you the time of day. Don't expect to be able to pet this guy. Oh no. You can feed him the best premium food, provide Perrier bottled water, give him a deluxe heated and cooled place to sleep, even an imported European treat or two. BUT DON'T YOU TRY TO PET TYLER. His months on the lam in Beloit, Kansas, made an impression on him: people are not to be trusted, and that includes you, whoever you are. On a positive note, because we are glass-half-full type of people, Tyler really, truly does like his dog friends, and most of them like him back. In fact, we insist that he has a dog friend in his new home. And we think he has the potential to maybe eventually like humans. He is making progress on leash, so there's that. If you're willing to completely ignore him long enough, possibly, there's a chance, you might be able to someday . . . touch Tyler?
