Story
Bo Jackson ‘s DOB: 9/25/2016. He is smart even though he became blind a year ago! I’ve had him since he was 8 wks. He is crate trained and despite his inability to see well, his sense of smell has increased. He still thinks he’s a big dog and in control! He loves, sliced apples and carrots…I’m desperately looking to rehome him for free to a good home and family asap due to relocating!

Story
Orzo is a sweet, sensitive soul who loves absolutely everyone he meets, especially dog and cat friends. He loves to play with toys and chew bones, and he does the most adorable hop when he is happy. He has great leash manners and loves going on walks and romping in the back yard. He likes dogs who are small like him, but will truly play with any dog of any size and is a good mix of playful and docile. Orzo loves to nap in small spaces, like his kennel, the laundry hamper, or anywhere he can nuzzle up and get cozy. He loves to sleep in his kennel and considers it his "safe space," but he has recently also taken a liking to his foster mom's bed. He's not a big cuddler but does loves to sleep next to his foster dog and cat siblings. Orzo absolutely thrives when he has another dog to play with and take cues from, so his ideal home has a confident doggie bestie for him. He is a homebody who doesn't care for car rides (most likely from a past trauma associated with a vehicle before he was rescued), so he needs lots of gentle TLC when travel is needed. His ideal person is someone who is home often, is kind, loves to go on walks, and most importantly has a dog friend for him to play with. If you're ready to open your home to this exquisitely perfect little fellow, he's more than ready to meet you (and especially your dog). <3 **Adoptable in the greater Austin, Texas, area only.**

Story
Abigail was rescued in November, 2024. At that time she was five years old. She had been with one owner since birth and had never seen a vet. She has since been updated on all shots. She is exceptionally sweet. She loves to sit and cuddle with owner. She likes to watch TV. She enjoys the outdoors in limited doses. She loves to chase squirrels and will even climb trees (trees that are leaning over) after them.Abigail becomes very attached and would do best with an older owner who stays at home.

Story
Tilly came to us looking like a dog who had spent far too long surviving instead of living. Her tiny little body was buried beneath heavy, painfully matted fur so thick that we could hardly tell what breed she was — or even how small she truly was underneath it all.The moment she entered our rescue, we got straight to work giving her the care she so desperately needed. Warm baths, gentle grooming, good food, vet care, and finally a safe place to rest. That’s when we learned sweet little Tilly was heartworm positive. Despite everything she had clearly endured, she never let it dim her spirit. From day one, Tilly has been nothing but happiness wrapped up in a tiny body. She follows her humans everywhere, perfectly content just being by our side no matter what we’re doing. Then, only three weeks after taking her in, we woke up one morning to the surprise of our lives.Curled up beside Tilly were four teeny tiny newborn puppies. We had absolutely no idea she was even pregnant. She never looked pregnant, never acted uncomfortable, and showed none of the signs that she was close to giving birth. The babies were only hours old, their umbilical cords still attached, and Tilly was calmly snuggled around them like she had planned this all along. We quickly set up a nursery space for Tilly and her babies, making sure they were warm, safe, and comfortable. Almost immediately, we noticed one tiny puppy was much smaller than the others and struggling badly. We fought hard for that precious little soul, but heartbreakingly, she didn’t make it.Tilly’s three remaining girls — Millie, Billie, and Lillie — are now one month old and thriving. They’ve graduated to lapping formula from a bowl like perfect little ladies, and their personalities are already larger than life.Billie, the brindle sister, is our tiny professional complainer. If her food is too cold, her blanket isn’t fluffy enough, or she hasn’t been held in the last thirty seconds, she will absolutely let everyone know about it. She’s basically Goldilocks in puppy form.Millie is the sweet and patient sister. Calm, loving, and endlessly gentle, she waits politely while her dramatic sisters eat first before quietly joining in. She would much rather snuggle than argue. And then there’s Lillie — our special little girl. She’s the silliest of the bunch, always sprawled out on her back making funny faces while she dreams. This baby can sleep through absolutely anything. We suspect she may be
