Story
Lili is a 4 year old, 15 lb Miniature Schnauzer/Shih Tzu mix (per her previous owner) who recently joined our rescue. She came to us when a co-worker of one of our fosters reached out for help because her owner had to leave the country to enter assisted living. Her foster mom shares that Lili is a total Velcro dog who wants to stay within a couple of feet of her person at all times. She absolutely loves being in a lap or snuggled right up next to someone. Lili is nervous around children so she will need an adult only home. She does well around other dogs but isn’t interested in playing and can become nervous around overly excited or hyper pups. She’s happiest with calm dogs who respect her space, and she will let them know if they get too close for comfort. Lili would also do just fine as an only dog, as she has been for the past three years. Lili is potty trained, though she may have a small piddle when she gets excited or scared. She can be a little nervous when first approached or picked up but warms up quickly once she feels safe. She is crate trained and sleeps through the night, although she would much prefer to be curled up in bed with her person. If you’re interested in adopting Lili, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org  *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2693614##

Story
Betsy may be a senior, but she’s got plenty of bounce left in her step! She’s calm, loving, and gets along beautifully with other dogs. While others want the younger pups, Betsy quietly waits.. her tail still wagging with hope. She may have a few gray hairs, but her heart is pure gold. She’s the kind of dog who will look at you with those wise eyes and make you wonder how you ever lived without her.

Story
Kramer is a 3-year-old miniature schnauzer/poodle mix with a wonderfully calm and quiet demeanor. He is an easygoing, low-key boy who fits effortlessly into daily life and would be a great match for someone looking for a relaxed companion. He's the perfect size at 22 pounds. He does well with dogs, cats, and older children who respect his boandaries. He is excellent on a leash, making walks calm and enjoyable. Kramer is not demanding or high-energy—he’s happiest sunbathing, lounging nearby, and soaking up gentle affection. He truly shines in a peaceful environment where he can enjoy cuddles and a predictable routine. Kramer would do best in a calm home that appreciates a quiet, steady presence and a dog who is simply content to be with his people. He does great in an apartment setting and even handles the elevator like a pro.   Apply to adopt Kramer: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/13108/generic ##2621856##

Story
Oh, hello! I’m so excited that you’re checking out my profile! I’ve had so many interesting adventures lately, but I’m really looking forward to settling down with a new family. DAS has been exciting too, and I’m still getting to know my new friends here. Do you know how HUGE this place is? There are so many new faces and sounds! Anyway, now that you’re here to get to know more about me, I should tell you three things:1.You haven’t lived until you’ve smelled catnip. Have you ever heard of it? It’s super fun and smells amazing! Lucky for you, I’m the perfect feline to show you if you’ve never tried it! 2.I hog the bed. I admit it! But honestly, that just means we can snuggle closer, right? 3.I never lose at catch-the-laser-dot. Don’t believe me? Click that “Adopt Me” button and I’ll prove it!
