Hopefully today is his day!!! Meet Wally a 12 lb white 2 yo schnauzer. Wally was in a high kill shelter severely matted before we pulled him into our rescue. His fabulous foster has been working on socializing him and he has made big strides. Wally is good w other dogs (preferably closer to his size) and would do best in a quieter home. No small kids. He is fearful of fast hands and needs to have an adjustment time. He wants to be loved so the right home who can give him patience and security will make him successful. He loves to play outside so a yard will be required and no apartments. Please give him a chance and do a trial to make sure he is a great fit. Sweet Tally didn’t wander off — her owner intentionally dumped her and her siblings. Thanks to some incredibly loving fosters who opened their hearts and home, Tally is now safe, cared for, and learning what it means to be loved. Because of them, she’s been given a second chance at the life she always deserved. Born around October 2025, Tally is super cute, incredibly cuddly, and full of playful puppy energy. She loves to play, explore, and then curl up close for snuggles. Despite her rough start, she’s a happy, affectionate little girl who’s eager to trust and love again. Now all Tally is missing is her forever family — the one who will never leave her behind and will give her the stability, patience, and love every puppy deserves. If you’re ready to be the happy ending to Tally’s story, she’s waiting to meet you Note: Adoption Policy: Montague County Animal Rescue typically does not adopt dogs to homes where they will live primarily outdoors. We believe every dog deserves to be part of the family and live safely indoors.
