She will pass by other dogs without issue, but will bark and growl to create space when they get too close for her liking. [Should Be Only Pet]OWNER EXPERIENCE: Experience with positive reinforcement or willingness to learn, Raisin would likely be a great first time dog for someone who can be committed to a routine grooming schedule and allowing her to slowly decompress. [First Dog]KIDS: Raisin is a generally a relaxed and friendly dog, but she does have her moments of feeling worried where she would benefit from a more predictable, quiet environment. She could potentially make a good family dog for kids that are old enough to understand how to interact with her appropriately, when to give her space, and active supervision by adults is crucial while watching body language. Providing regular/appropriate exercise and playtime combined with mental enrichment such as food puzzles and games will help meet her needs. [Couch Potato / Good Walking Buddy]VETERINARY CARE: [Routine]LEVEL OF TRAINING NEEDED: Positive reinforcement will help Raisin learn new skills and fun tricks while building confidence, and will go a long way in increasing the bond with her humans.
