Story
Bentley is 3 years old. He is very playful , loves to be chased and catch balls/toys . Unfortunately he does not like children anymore since I had my first child . He will bark at children non stop . Bentley needs someone who can give him constant love . He also needs to be trained to be around other people . He barks at everyone he sees . So it is a little hard to take him for a walk . He does not use the bathroom in the house . I let him out in the backyard to do his duties . He really needs to be trained for his behavioral issues which I did not have the time nor patience to do.

Story
Hi everyone I would like you to meet Pops (or as I call him Popsy) a very sweet, loving and special little boy. His life has not been an easy one. This little soul was abused and neglected his entire life by the people who were supposed to love and care for him. We were asked to take him and of course we said yes! Only skin and bones(6 lbs.),matted, not neutered and rotten teeth we got to work to make him healthy. And we did! Pops is 10 yrs. young and thinks hes a puppy definitely has a bounce in his step now that he is pain free! But mostly wants to chill with his person. He is utd, neutered and has had most of his teeth pulled and can now eat pain free. Pops is mostly house trained but will have accidents.Pops does well with other dogs as he has a few foster siblings. In spite of what he has been through he is a sweet, loving, happy boy he loves everyone and deserves a loving forever home. If you think you have room in your heart and home for this precious little boy please go to Pawingmywayhomerescue.com and fill out an application.Fees apply

Story
Murphy Joe, rescued on 1/13/24, is an extremely sweet but still a little shy, black and tan, male yorkie born on 3/31/22. He loves to snuggle once you pick him up and he is starting to act playful with his foster mom. He weighed 8.4 pounds on 1/15/24. Due to his small size, he will not be considered for homes with young children. He was neutered, had a small growth removed from his eyelid, and given a dental on 2/9/24. He is up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped. His adoption donation is $800 which includes the $165 transport fee. If you would like to adopt Murphy Joe, please complete the first step in the adoption process by filling out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application, please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer will contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
“Miss” Abby, a gorgeous, 10 pound, silver platinum female yorkie born 11/2/20 is no longer a working girl and waltzed into her foster mom’s home ready to lay claim and become a house dog. She took over and made herself at home immediately. She is so ready for a home of her own where she can be pampered and spoiled outrageously. Her favorite place to lounge, besides in a chair with her foster mom, is on the back of the recliner where she can look out on the deck and back yard. She sleeps in the bed with her foster mom and that will be a must for her new parent(s). This little gal has a HUGE personality. She gets along well with the other dogs at her foster mom’s home, walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. Abby is spayed and had her teeth cleaned, is up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm and flea and tick prevention to maintain her good health. She is also microchipped. Abby’s adoption donation is $1200 plus an additional $165 transport fee. If you would like to make Abby your newest family member, please complete the first step in the adoption process by filling out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. Story
Tramp, a 1 year old, man about town, silver and platinum yorkie was recently rescued from the streets of a small Arkansas town. Everyone knew Tramp, as he wandered the streets of the town, but no one knew who he belonged to. After diligently trying to find out who owned him, a good Samaritan, couldn’t stand it any longer, scooped him up and got him into rescue so he can, at long last, find a home of his own. Due to no one really taking care of him, he did test positive for heartworms and is now on the “slow kill” doxycycline protocol to take care of that problem. Tramp is on the larger end for a Yorkie, weighing in around 14 pounds. He is good on a leash, rides well in a car, and is very social, getting along well with everyone, both two and four legged acquaintances. He would do best in a home with a fenced yard as he is young and active. Tramp has been neutered, microchipped and is up to date on vaccinations. His adoption donation is $655 which includes a $165 transport fee. If you would like to adopt this spectacular little boy and give him a well-deserved forever home of his own, please complete the first step in the adoption process by filling out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner.
