Story
I acquired Vicky in 2012 from my high school boyfriend, and she has since become a cherished family dog. She is now 14 years old and still full of personality and affection. After 2019, she remained with my mother, who lovingly cared for her. My mother has since sold her home and moved in with me. However, due to all adults in the home working long hours, we are unable to consistently meet her daily toileting schedule and care needs, despite her being fully toilet trained. She would thrive in a home where someone is present more consistently and can provide routine, companionship, and attention. She has lived peacefully with our 8-year-old Great Pyrenees, though she is generally low-energy and prefers to keep to herself rather than play. For this reason, she would do best as the only dog or with another calm, independent pet. She is a sweet, loyal, gentle senior dog who deserves a stable home where she can be properly cared for in her later years.
