Story
Keene, hound / mountain cur, 2-3 yo, 48 lb, neutered maleKeene is good natured and calm.  He is tactful and a little shy at first and looks the other way when you directly talk to him, but this is only at first. He gets deeply attached and can almost read your mind. He is a true companion, so nice to have around. Good with dogs with proper introduction. Loves car rides and does not miss a chance to jump in a car and stay there. Was saved by the efforts of several rescuers, a lot of people rooted for him. Adoption fee $325. HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! Hey there, it's Schnazzy! How about these mesmerizing eyes of mine – one's blue, the other's brown – quite the head-turner, right? I'm not just stunning in pictures; you've got to set up a meet and greet to truly experience my awesomeness! I'm a social butterfly, always up for a playdate with anything that moves! Outdoors is my happy place – you'll find me lingering, the last to come inside. But when I'm not chasing adventures, I'm a sweetheart who loves to snuggle up. Potty training? Nailing it! And I'm rocking the social scene for my age. They say I'm a Mountain Cur mix, but what I know for sure is I'm the lovable kind! At 7 months old, I'm ready to charm you, vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Come on over, let's make friends and dive into some serious playtime fun! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1882002##

Story
Meet Sadie, she is a spayed- Pointer Mix (maybe she could have some bully mixed breed hiding in there) 2 yrs and 52lbs.   She is a beautiful, gentle sweetheart. Very gentle when taking treats, takes her time eating, she is house trained, she did very well when left for an extended time, not one accident. She loves to snuggle, loves as many pets and rubs as she can get, very much a velcro dog, she needs to be wherever I am. She is timid around my husband but is slowly warming up to him for some loving. Sadie absolutely loves playing chase with my dogs. I have not heard her bark, except when playing. I get the impression she hasn't learned to play inside or play tug. Sadie can fly over a shorter fence when she is running so she would do best with at least a 4+ft fenced in yard (our fence is lower in spots, so we added fencing to the top). We will be taking her out on the leash this week to see how she does. Sadie knows commands like sit, stay, go potty, down, let's go to bed. Sadie is a happy little wiggle butt too!   To meet this lovely lady, go to www.eapl.com and fill out an application. Her adoption fee is $250. April 18, 2024, 11:19 am

Story
Hi! I'm CJ, and I'm a 50 pound cattle dog mix, about 5 years old. I like everyone I meet, canine or human. No one is a stranger to me! My favorite things:-Making canine and human friends-Belly rubs, naps, and cuddling-Food!-Walks with stops to smell things. What I'm looking for in a home:-Another dog friend! (preferred but not required)-Either a yard, or someone that enjoys spending time outside and lets me sniff around-People who are home a lot and wont leave me alone too much! I'm the bestest boy and am ready to settle into the next part of my life! I do well in a kennel if my dog friend is next to me, I walk nicely on leash, know a few tricks, and do the best full body wiggle when I see you!  Do I sound like the buddy for you?! If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in me!) My adoption fee is $250 and I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. I have genetically bad hips and the rescue is in the process of fixing them for me. I had the first one fixed and am recovering from that currently but doing better every day! (I can still walk 2-3 miles a day, It really isnt slowing me down too much) ##1538559##
