Story
Meet Fruit Roll — The Smart, Sweet, and Spirited Girl Who’s Ready to Shine ✨ Fruit Roll is a bright and athletic Catahoula mix whose foster family describes her as clever, affectionate, and always eager to connect. She loves to learn, work with her person, and turn training into fun little games — her enthusiasm and focus make her an absolute joy to teach. She’s the perfect blend of brain and heart: food-motivated, quick to learn, and deeply loyal once she knows you. Fruit Roll thrives on structure and loves short training sessions where she can show off her skills. With her agility, focus, and body control, she’d be an amazing partner for tricks, agility, or scentwork — or just an active lifestyle with someone who loves to engage their dog. At home, Fruit Roll is affectionate and fun-loving. She adores sunbathing, rolling in the grass, and stretching her legs in the yard. On walks she loves meeting new people and has the sweetest, eager-to-please personality. Her foster family says she brightens every day with her playful spirit and big, beautiful heart. Fruit Roll would love a home that enjoys daily activity and simple routines. She’s happiest with a calm, confident person who likes to train or explore together. She’d also enjoy having her own yard to romp in, but most of all, she just wants to belong to someone who appreciates her joyful, hardworking nature. If you’re looking for a loyal, athletic, and affectionate companion who will bring energy, laughter, and love into your home, Fruit Roll is your girl.

Story
Dear Diary, Today I have been thinking a lot about toys and treats. Well, I guess I think about both a lot because I love toys, and I love treats. My human friends keep saying that I am treat-motivated. What dog isn’t, after all? A little known secret though, did they also say that I’m super intelligent? Ha! I've also been thinking about how much fun I had at the greenbelt with my volunteer friend; I had many treats, and there were so many different things to explore and sniff on. I would really love more greenbelt time, more treats (of course), and more sniffs. I like spending my time with my trusted humans. I've also been dreaming about a home with a foster or adoptive family. I would love that. Then, I can spend time away from the shelter. I really wish to be the only dog. I also would want my crate there, as I like my crate. I was also thinking about how I would be a great roommate, and then I could have my own jar of treats. I can show off how big of a cuddly bear I am. Could you be the family I’ve been dreaming of? Fostering or adopting me would fill our days with love, sniffs, and treats—apply today to become my forever friend!

Story
Meet Toffee (brindle) and Heath (white), a bonded pair of one-and-a-half-year-old Catahoula mix brothers with an unshakable connection. These two grew up side by side and have been inseparable ever since. Toffee is hearing-impaired and looks to Heath as his guide and emotional support, while Heath takes that role to heart, always looking out for his brother. Both boys are friendly and affectionate, though they can be a bit timid in new situations. Once they warm up, their personalities shine—Heath is the energetic social butterfly, always ready for playtime or a walk, and Toffee brings a gentle, calming presence with his sweet, soulful eyes. They love running and playing together, whether it’s chasing each other around the yard or stretching out in the grass for a good nap. Their bond makes them the perfect team—Heath gives Toffee confidence, and Toffee keeps Heath grounded. They’re looking for a home that will embrace their unique connection and give them both the love, patience, and space to thrive. With Toffee and Heath, you’re not just adopting dogs—you’re gaining a loyal duo that will fill your life with double the love and twice the tail wags. Story
Meet Bronco! Bronco is an amazing pup, estimated to be between 1–2 years old, and he’s still very much in that playful puppy phase. Curious about everything, he loves exploring the world around him and discovering new sights, smells, and adventures. Bronco gets along wonderfully with other dogs and currently has three foster siblings he enjoys playing and lounging with throughout the day. He is also potty trained, and he is currently working on becoming fully kennel trained. This sweet boy is quite the talker—Bronco loves to express himself with silly grumbles, playful barks, and funny little sounds, especially when he’s excited or vying for attention. He has a big personality and an even bigger heart. While he can be a bit skittish at first and sometimes thinks he’s in trouble when you approach, he is quickly learning that people can be kind and gentle. Each day, he grows more confident, more trusting, and more affectionate. In the evenings, Bronco enjoys curling up on a cozy dog bed, and he’ll occasionally trot over to give you a soft “boop” as his sweet way of asking for pets. He also has great protective instincts—if he hears a strange noise outside, he’ll be the first to investigate and alert his people. Bronco is well on his way to becoming a loyal, loving, and devoted companion. With continued patience, reassurance, and love, he will blossom into the incredible dog he is meant to be. He’s ready to find a forever family to adore and protect. Bronco is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX but can be transported to the PNW and NE United States after adoption.
