Hi! I’m Calypso — a sweet, playful, smart, and cuddly girl just waiting for my forever home! I can’t catch a break sometimes. I was originally surrendered because I didn’t get along with other dogs, then I battled through heartworm treatment like a champ, got adopted, and was returned a year later because my owner didn’t have enough time for me. I know, it’s been tough — but I’m still full of love and ready to give my happily ever after a try! I do great with kids of all ages, and I’ve made huge strides with my reactivity to other dogs. In fact, we think that maybe, just maybe, if it’s the right dog, I could even share my home with a furry friend in the future. I love being outside, exploring, and going on car rides, and I have so much love to give. I just need someone to take a chance on me. Once I have a family to call my own, I promise to be playful, cuddly, loyal, and endlessly affectionate — a true best friend in every way!
