✨ WHO RIGGS IS
Riggs is a sweet, loving little guy who needs a bit of time to feel comfortable in new situations. New people and places can be scary at first, but once he settles in, his goofy and affectionate personality comes out in full force. When Riggs trusts you, he wants to be right by your side.

Leash:
Does great overall. May pull a little if scared but mostly wants to stay with his person.
House Training:
100% house trained — nervous peeing only happens early on or if startled.
Crate:
Excellent at night — quiet until morning.
During the day, he may whine if people are home because he wants to be with them. Crate = safe space.

With dogs:
Great with all dogs he’s met. Playful and respectful of boundaries. Especially enjoys dogs his size.
With new people:
Very shy at first but warms up quickly — usually within about a day.
In the car:
Nervous but improving. Does best in a travel crate with a washable pee pad.

• Patient, understanding people
• Willing to give him time to adjust
• A dog friend around his size would be a big bonus
Fence:
Does well on leash, but a securely fenced area would make the first few days easier while he builds trust.
