Story
Ava is a soulful, resilient, deeply affectionate dog who has been through more than any dog ever should, yet her heart remains wide open. Abandoned in the desert while pregnant, Ava survived long enough to reach an organic waste facility, where she gave birth to nine puppies beneath a metal trash bin. Several did not survive. Against all odds, Ava proved to be an extraordinary mother- gentle, attentive, and devoted. That chapter is behind her now. Ava is ready for a safe, stable home where she can finally exhale and be someone's steady companion (and she will). I am a professional dog trainer and behaviorist, and Ava is one of THE most remarkable dogs I have ever known. She is highly attuned, loyal, and joyful despite her past. Her favorite place is simply near her person. Ava thrives with calm, confident humans who value structure, routine, and emotional steadiness. She is selectively social with dogs and has high prey drive, so a home without cats or small animals is best.

Story
Simba is a 2-year-old dog who first appeared at our home when he was only a few months old, and we decided to take him in. He is very energetic, intelligent, and has a lot of potential, but he needs far more training, structure, and experience than I am able to provide. This has been an extremely difficult decision, but I am trying to find him a home with someone experienced in handling and training dogs with behavioral/reactivity issues. Simba would do best as the only pet in the home and with an owner who can dedicate time, patience, consistency, and proper training to help him succeed. I truly believe Simba can thrive in the right environment with someone experienced and committed to working with him. My goal is to find the safest and best possible placement for him rather than resorting to a shelter.
