Meet Zoe, a sweet and loving dog searching for her forever home. Zoe is a 2-year-old mixed breed with a gentle heart and playful spirit. She enjoys belly rubs, long walks, and curling up next to you at the end of the day. Zoe is mostly house-trained, up to date on her vaccinations, 12 month Proheart injection and spayed. She knows a few commands, although she hasn't learned the “sit” command yet. She walks well on a leash but might be a little shy about going up steps at first. Zoe gets along well with other dogs and would do best with a family who can give her plenty of attention and love. She is eager to please and learns quickly, so she would make a great companion for both new and experienced dog owners. Zoe is also submissive to male dogs. Story
Charrollet is a 6-year-old sweetheart with a big personality. We adopted her from the Calvert County shelter three years ago, and she has been a loving, funny, and very smart little diva ever since. She makes the cutest snorting noises when she’s happy and absolutely loves cuddles. She currently lives with dogs and cats, but the noise and activity are overwhelming for her. Charrollet would do best in a calm, quiet home where she can be the center of attention. Due to anxiety, a peaceful environment will allow her affectionate nature to truly shine. We love Charrollet deeply and want to find her the calm, loving home she deserves—one filled with cuddles and care.

Story
To start Benelli is a great dog. I got him back in 2019 when he was only six weeks old. He’s been a great sidekick, but I did get unexpectedly pregnant back in 2021. I’ve tried extremely hard to balance having him giving him enough exercise and attention while also being a mother and having a business. The only reason I want to rehome him is because I know realistically my life is not going to slow down anytime soon, and I can visibly see that he’s wanting and needing more attention and more time outside in general. I don’t want to deprive him of what he needs because I selfishly don’t want to get rid of him. He is great with kids has always been great with other dogs, goes to the bathroom outside. He literally only needs a lot of love and room to run. My heart aches to do this, but I truly believe it’s the best option for him to have a great rest of his life. Thanks in advance for any interest.

This is Faith. She is an amazing dog. The biggest teddy bear. She is potty trained and will ask to go to the bathroom. She loves running and playing in snow. We have had her in an apartment and we always try and let her run. She is good off leash but struggles a bit on leash. She’s great with cats senior or otherwise. She’s great with older children. We have to surrender her because she is extremely jealous of the baby and we have been trying to make it work for 2 1/2 months and nothings budging. She is NOT aggressive what’s so ever and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She is friendly with other dogs but has never lived with one. She is a big girl but thinks she is a lap dog. She is 7 years old but still has energy but calms down after a while. She knows common commands.

I am caring for her from a family member she doesn’t have any shots unfortunately they haven’t been able to take her to the vet and has no vet work done She is a mutt for sure we don’t know her breed she is an adult pup but still very energetic She loves to be loved and played with she has been around dogs so she will get along with dogs just fine she is a sweet girl potty trained she honestly just needs a home that loves her and can take her to the vet I am rehoming her for my family member but I will definitely be asking a lot of questions so she doesn’t go to someone who won’t give her the care that she needs P.S She looks like that cause she had recently had a hair cut but she is quite fluffy when she has fur please give this precious girl a home

Story
Sadie is a sweet but anxious 62lb ball of energy. She loves to play and run. Sadie is great with other dogs and is very smart. She has bonded well with our family and we love having her around. However, she gets anxious with new people, especially young children. Due to this it makes it difficult for our children to have friends over to play. We believe an ideal home for her would be one with a large yard to run in, another dog to play with and no children under the age of 15. Sadie is crate trained and knows basic commands.
