Story
Beau is 4.5 year old mixed dog of cattle dog and hound. He loves his walks and playing with his ball, but is also content with just chilling on the couch. He loves attention and is always happy to see you when you get home. He is cautious of some new people (mostly men) but warms up to new friendly people very quickly. Overall, he is a happy and friendly dog, that can hopefully find a new family to love and care for him.

Story
Sadie is a sweet but anxious 62lb ball of energy. She loves to play and run. Sadie is great with other dogs and is very smart. She has bonded well with our family and we love having her around. However, she gets anxious with new people, especially young children. Due to this it makes it difficult for our children to have friends over to play. We believe an ideal home for her would be one with a large yard to run in, another dog to play with and no children under the age of 15.

Story
Hi Caesar is a 3 year old male mutt he is potty trained and is very sweet and can be playful but is also a coach potato he does live with another dog at home and they got along but he seems to be scared of other dogs out in public, i got him when he was only 4 months old im going through some things in life which is making it hard to take care of him especially financially. I want him to be placed in a home that will be patient with him and of course loving.

Story
Chicken is a red heeler chihuahua mix with a huge personality and an even bigger love for fetch and I mean she loves it. She’s super affectionate and adores being close to her people, but she also appreciates her own space and downtime and settles well when it’s time to relax. Chicken does great with other dogs and is wonderful with kids, making her an overall amazing family dog. She’s never been around cats, so we’re not sure how she’d do in a home with them. She’s also a fantastic adventure buddy: she loves hiking, has great recall, and is the kind of dog that makes being outdoors even more fun. We recently welcomed a newborn baby, and as much as we love Chicken, we’re not able to give her the quality time, attention, and daily play she deserves right now so we’re looking for a loving home where she can get the time and companionship she needs. Truly wanting her to go to a loving home. Please feel free to message me for more information, TIA!

Story
Charrollet is a 6-year-old sweetheart with a big personality. We adopted her from the Calvert County shelter three years ago, and she has been a loving, funny, and very smart little diva ever since. She makes the cutest snorting noises when she’s happy and absolutely loves cuddles. She currently lives with dogs and cats, but the noise and activity are overwhelming for her. Charrollet would do best in a calm, quiet home where she can be the center of attention. Due to anxiety, a peaceful environment will allow her affectionate nature to truly shine. We love Charrollet deeply and want to find her the calm, loving home she deserves—one filled with cuddles and care.
