While she adores humans, she can be selective with other dogs and would do best as the only pet in the home.Georgia is looking for an experienced adopter who understands dog behavior and can provide her with the structure, exercise, and companionship she needs to succeed. Her ideal home would be one where someone has the time and commitment to keep her active and engaged and is not away from home for long periods on a regular basis.

I adopted Echo as a rescue from Louisiana in 2017. She is a lab mix and definitely more of a people dog. She loves the water and playing fetch. Echo is currently 9 years old and is in excellent health. She does have some anxiety with loud noises but does well on her own. Due to my pending divorce I am unable to support her needs and know she won’t do well in an apartment.

THIS BEST BOY OAKLEY HASN'T HAD A SINGLE APPLICATION. HOW CAN THAT BE. He is a 5.5 month old lab mix boy who is so amazing. Friendly, snuggly, playful, good with other dogs had cats THREE of them in his Texas foster home. Potty and crate trained. Walks on a leash Loved the kids at the recent adoption event but the little puppies who are so little and adorable got all of the attention AND the adoption commitments. Oakley waits and wonders "Why not me?". Whoever commits to Oakley will not be disappointed. He is in local foster and meet can be arranged with approved application. www.sunnypawsrescue.org
