Story
We adopted Rosie as a puppy. She’s a great dog for someone who has room for her to run and stay active. She can be aggressive toward other dogs she doesn’t know. And, is very protective of her “herd”. She’s too much for us. We’ve had her professionally trained twice and she’s a very smart dog but I’m worried about her guarding tendencies especially when my young sons have friends over. She also had happy tail as a puppy so she had her tail removed surgically. She loves to play, is great at fetch and we will be sad to see her go, but unfortunately, we cannot continue to worry about the safety of others.

Story
Hello, this is Theo. He is 2 years old, and unfortunately his owners are ending their relationship and due to new living arrangements neither of them are able keep him. Theo was also attacked at the park which has left him with a severe distrust in other dogs, hes also never lived with a cat, so i think he would thrive in a home with no other pets. Hes up to date on shots, and is fixed.

Story
Koda is a sweet boy and loves cuddle and play tugawar, and fetch. He is more of a gaurd dog and does not do well around others. He will bark or snap at others/animals when walking on a leash. He will need training. He will go potty outside when taken out at the right times. I am hoping to find someone to give him a home that will give him the attention he requires. He is a sweetie.

Hudsonville, MI
Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
Details
Not good with kids, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Finn is about 7 years old and we’ve had him since he was a puppy. He’s a loyal, laid-back dog who loves naps on the couch, laying in the sun, and being close to his people. He’s housebroken, knows a few basic commands/tricks like sit, lay down, and fist bump, and does well with our other dog.Finn was a “Covid dog,” so he didn’t get much socialization early on and can be very nervous around new people. Because of that, he does not warm up quickly to strangers and has bitten a few times when uncomfortable or scared. He can also be very clingy with the people he trusts. He would do best with an experienced dog owner who understands anxious/reactive dogs, can respect his boundaries, and is willing to give him time to adjust. Once he trusts you, he’s a sweet, funny companion who just wants a calm place to relax and feel safe. This is a hard decision for us, but due to our upcoming move, we can’t take Finn with us. We’re hoping to find him a loving home where he can thrive.

Story
Odie is a sweet, loving, smart, loyal, energetic boy who desperately wants to find his person. He’s great with kids and all animals. He may come off shy at first but once he gets to know you he will want to be your best friend. Odie was rescued in LA as a very young pup and we have had him ever since. Unfortunately I am no longer able to care for Odie. He needs an owner/family that is able to dedicate more time to him to fulfill his needs.
