Story
Meet Darcy. 8 year old pit hound mix. Fostering her for a friend due to a move out of the country. Needs a new forever home. Pros: Great with children and other dogs. She prefers small dogs but tolerates big ones too. House broken and crate trained. Comes when called. Very polite. Loves car rides. Amazing copilot Cons: pulls on leash, and does love to get into garbage cans when opportunity arises. Also very bad at giving directions. Do not recommend. Doesnt like getting dirty. Background: shes been with her previous owner for five years. She lived in New Jersey so she’s not an out doorsey girl. Shes fine in small spaces. She has attended doggy day care for many years and has had regular professional grooming. She is fixed and up to date with shots. She also is on a flea and tick preventative. Her owner has left the country and was unable to bring her due to travel restrictions and breed restrictions in the country she is moving to. She did not want to bring to a shelter.
