Story
We are looking for a loving home for this sweet dog. A few years ago, we found him and have been caring for him ever since. Sadly, we are unable to keep him inside the house, so he has been living outdoors all this time. After seeing him go through cold weather, heat, rain, and all the changes outside, I truly feel he deserves a better life than this. He is a very calm dog with no signs of aggression. He’s gentle, quiet, and honestly just wants love and comfort. He deserves a home where he can finally feel safe, cared for, and treated like part of the family. This is not an easy decision, but I want what’s best for him. I’m hoping someone with a caring heart is willing to give him the life every dog deserves, a warm home, love, attention, and proper care. Please message me if you are interested in giving him a forever home.

Story
This is Maggie, she is a spayed 6 year old, breed unknown. Maggie is a very loving girl who just wants to play and give cuddles. She is good with dogs and cats. She has lots of energy but would prefer to be in the house, she is a princess. The reason she is in need of a new home is because my male dog doesn’t like her, so they cannot be out together. She deserves better than what I can give her.

Story
Meet Melina: Our Tiny Tripawd with a Heart Full of Courage If you've been following Melina's journey, you already know this little girl has captured hearts everywhere. At just 3 months old, Melina has already overcome more challenges than most dogs face in a lifetime. She came to Pitt Friends as a tiny puppy with a severely broken leg. Despite surgery, complications from an infection meant her journey took an unexpected turn, and this brave girl ultimately became a tripawd. Through every vet visit, every recovery milestone, and every setback, Melina has shown us exactly who she is: resilient, loving, and full of joy. Named after the Greek word for "honey," Melina truly lives up to her name. With her beautiful honey-colored coat and her sweet, affectionate personality, she leaves a lasting impression on everyone she meets. Now, after weeks of healing and strict crate rest, Melina is finally ready to begin searching for the forever family she's waited so patiently for. Don't let her three legs fool you Melina doesn't let anything slow her down. She has all the playful puppy energy, curiosity, and determination of any other young dog. She especially loves being around other dogs and is happiest when she has canine friends nearby. She's also been keeping an impressively clean kennel for such a young puppy. Melina's ideal family will understand that she's still a puppy learning about the world and will continue to support her as she grows into a confident, happy companion. In return, they'll gain a best friend who has already proven that strength comes in the smallest packages. Her journey hasn't been easy, but brighter days are finally here. Could you be the family that gives Melina the happy ending she deserves?

Story
Looking to rehome my sweet pup 💙 He’s about 10 months old and is such a good boy — loving, playful, smart, and full of personality. This has been a really hard decision, but he deserves more time, attention, and space than I’m currently able to give him. I want to find him a safe, loving home where he can get the care and companionship he deserves. He would do great with someone who has the time to work with him, play with him, and make him part of the family. I’ll also send him with whatever supplies I have left, including his food, bowls, leash, toys, crate, etc. Please message me if you’re seriously interested or know someone who may be a good fit. I just want to make sure he goes to a good home ❤️
