Story
Simba was dumped by a previous owner near our home. He is approximately 2.5 years old. We took him in and he’s just been around since but with work schedules changing Simba spends more time in his crate than out of it. He loves people and playing and we just hate he doesn’t get as much interaction as he needs. He is potty trained and crate trained. He loves people and other dogs. He hasn’t been around cats. I’d assume he’d try to play with them. He’s fine with children but may try to jump so older kids might be best. He’s is a sweetheart and we just want him to have a loving home. He loves to be outside and loves to play fetch. If you’re interested in giving Simba a loving, forever home please apply.

Story
Lowla is a wonderful companion; smart, loving, enjoys adventures but knows how to relax with the best couch surfer. She was adopted as a puppy in Anchorage, AK. We transferred to North Carolina in 2023. She went from a busy home with multiple pets, fenced yard, doggy door and a noisy teenager to 1 cat and a mom who works all the time. She is not a needy pet. She likes to be with others, humans and animals. Unfortunately, she gets very anxious when left alone for more than 4 hours. Our dream is to find her a new family/pack where she does not have to be alone for long periods of time. She is a great dog in every way except being left alone. If she could have a family where someone worked from home or stayed a home, we both would be so very happy.

Story
In February of 2024, Boy and Girl ran up to my car and jumped right in. We tried for over an hour to find their home only to be told by multiple people they had been abandoned by their owners. I was told by animal control they couldn’t pick them up until the next week so to keep them from freezing, I took them to my home. After a week, I called to see when they’d be coming to get them and they told me they’d be there that day. No one ever came. I tried and tried to find rescues or shelters or even fosters/adopters in facebook groups to rehome these babies. They are completely bonded. I do believe they’re only about a year and a half old. The female has just come out of her second heat cycle. I have not vetted them and because they were abandoned, I don’t know any of their medical history. They are very loving and need a home where they can run around and play all day. They will come with their harnesses and leashes. Crate and potty trained. Good with all animals and people of all ages.

Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Rascal is a 4-1/2 year old spayed female "mixed hound" with personality. She was found abandoned with 5 siblings of about 6-8 weeks old, all were under nourished. She is current on vaccines. She is smart, easily trainable by a skilled trainer (food driven). She likes to talk, loves attention and to boss her sister. She's an exuberant tail wager (helicopter tail!). Recent family/household developments have overwhelmed her owner that likes to spoil her and is unskilled in training. These changes and stresses in the household has created an environment resulting in some behavior change, reactionary stress toward her litter sister. She sleeps well at night in her crate with her blanket and cushion, generally 7pm to 7am.
